As well as the UI/UX interphase, which makes the experience of taking the course move smoothly while keeping a good record of my progress. It was a little too basic for me. I was so familiar with the interface from years of regular use, I found it challenging (and time consuming) to train someone at a beginner level. I referred the student to Custom Guide’s tutorial videos and they found them to be useful, clear, and easy to translate the directions for applied work. The short videos by labeled by task are the perfect tool for teaching specific skills needed for a product. It was very engaging and managed to cover A LOT in a short amount of time. I also really liked that I could take the assessment again if I got it wrong. Great experience end-to-end.
