t gives a broad range of data and structure to show how different sections brreakdown. The option's for survey's are great. There are many different ways to structure to help fit out needs. color coordinating a heat map makes for easier readability. It would be nice to be able to range the data for a window of time. The longer it is used, the less likely the older data is to stay relevant. For example, 2022 data about a manager may not reflect 2026 work life Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Culture Monkey has the most advanced dashboards that I have come across in a lot of tools that i have evaluated or worked with in the past. There are customized reports and views available, split by manager level, locations, departments and roles. The best feature is the manager-level cuts and the action planning where we can actively involve stakeholders and make them a part of the solution to improve engagement scores across the org.
