The biggest thing is workforce access. It’s easy to get to frontline employees using mobile access and QR codes. It’s saved time for HR and made the process less disruptive. We’re now able to gather feedback easily and take meaningful action based on it. The other element is the Culture Monkey team who demonstrates true partnership with us for the last 3 years, helping us strategically leverage the CM platform and is always willing to creatively offer options to solve our challenges. What I like most about CultureMonkey is how well it fits our current needs while staying within budget. It allows us to run anonymous surveys easily and share them across multiple channels, which has really helped with participation. The analytics are clear and useful, especially the heatmaps, which make it easy to spot trends and key focus areas quickly. On top of that, the support from the team has been great, responsive and easy to work with. Overall, it’s a practical, user-friendly platform that delivers good value and insights. Having used CultureMonkey for close to three years now, I’d love to see more continuous enhancements especially around the use of AI to generate deeper, more actionable insights from the data. It would also be great to explore more innovative and engaging ways of running surveys, beyond the traditional formats, to keep participation high and the experience fresh for employees. CultureMonkey helps create a safe and anonymous space for employees to share honest, candid feedback, something that isn’t always possible through regular channels. I use CultureMonkey mostly for random feedback forms or to read experiences. I find it really effective for collecting honest reviews or insights. I like that it's clean, easy to use, and probably unique. Its easy-to-use interface helps increase my efficiency, and reading reviews doesn't feel hard or overwhelming. The option's for survey's are great. There are many different ways to structure to help fit out needs. color coordinating a heat map makes for easier readability. It would be nice to be able to range the data for a window of time. The longer it is used, the less likely the older data is to stay relevant. The ability to track sentiment in real-time was a game-changer. Customizable surveys and powerful analytics helped a lot. Unique inbuilt survey templates are a big PLUS.
