Culture Engine — Employee Recognition & Rewards Software for Slack Reviews & Product Details

Culture Engine is employee recognition that runs itself, inside Slack and Microsoft Teams. Your team sends shoutouts, tagged to a company value, with Coins attached. People redeem Coins for gift cards, prepaid cards, or donations — 2,500+ options in 200+ countries. Coins never expire. Weekly nudges keep recognition going. Recognition doesn’t fail because people don’t care. It fails because nobody remembers. The nudges do the remembering. Birthday and work anniversary posts happen on their own. No dashboards to check. No reminders to set. When teams stop seeing each other’s work, the shoutout feed is where the company sees itself again. Public recognition, right where your team already works — no new app to open. Setup takes 1 minute. Start free for 14 days, no card needed. Then $3 per seat per month, billed annually — or $4 billed monthly. Coins are funded separately and billed only when they’re redeemed. No contracts, no minimums, cancel anytime. People stay for many reasons. Fair pay. Room to grow. And knowing their work gets seen. We do that last part.
