**What do you like best about Cue?**

I liked that that WhatsApp allowed us to communicate with our customers over the whats app platform, with pre-written conversation flows.

**What do you dislike about Cue?**

We used the Cue system to mainly try and increase the number of surveys that customers completed, but unfortunately although the system worked flawlessly, the number of surveys did not increasse.

**What problems is Cue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allowing us to communicate with customer over whats app, whilst still giving us a record of what was said. aswell as being able to allocate chats to different members of the team, and monitor how quickly the chats are responded too.
