**What do you like best about Crunchtime?**

We appreciate the customer support response time and that we feel like when something is urgent or important to us, customer support reacts in the same manner. The data continues to be reliable and trustworthy, which goes a long way for restaurant operators.

**What do you dislike about Crunchtime?**

It continues to be cumbersome to access each store individually and not be able to run reporting or export data globally for all stores. We have also had a continuous issue with ghost wages coming from Crunchtime and importing into our GL software. It is minimal, but we, nor customer support, can figure out where these incorrect wages are coming from.

**What problems is Crunchtime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Crunchtime is helping us solve our issue of moving data from one software to another. So far it has integrated seamlessly with the other software we have to issue financial statements, run payroll, and make GL entries. This has been very helpful because it cut down on implementation time and also increases our efficiency in our daily work.

The ability to do so many things within their system. We are currently using it for recipe management, purchasing and inventorywhich requires so many department involvement.

**What do you dislike about Crunchtime?**

Minor things like how the columns do not auto adjust sizing, unable to export all pages of errors in inbound integrations, how you have to always start at the dashboard when logging into matched (wish it could be the last page I was on)

The cdp imports and exports will help us tremendously when we are updating and creating new recipes

**What do you like best about Crunchtime?**

I use it to keep the information from several stores organized, and Crunchtime makes the whole process so much easier, from entering data to viewing reports. Plus, it integrates with many accounting systems, which is incredibly flexible.

**What do you dislike about Crunchtime?**

With the latest updates, they worked extensively on the ecosystem and how the user navigates through the system, making it much more user-friendly and intuitive.

**What do you like best about Crunchtime?**

Always felt that the ability to drill down on variances on a micro-level is Crunchtime's biggest asset. ROI is always going to be the driving factor when considering a data management partner. Identifying areas of waste and putting a system in place to rectify becomes an easy cost savings solution when using Crunchtime.

**What do you dislike about Crunchtime?**

The lack of consistency from Menu Screen to Menu Screen.  Important to remember the high turnover rate in this industry, the more consistent the screen layout, the quicker the end-user becomes familiar and comfortable with the system. This applies to both EM and Net-Chef. Even submenu's under the same menu screen are different than one another. I know this may have improved over new releases, it is much appreciated. 

A constant issue for us is drastic price changes skewing cost. I notice every week, drastic price changes due to invoice errors. While I understand they're end-user errors that need to be minimized, after invoices are corrected within the same day or next day, we still run into average cost being off constantly. Products depleted at the wrong price then require a rerun of menu mix that create extra work. Would love the ability to get an email alert on drastic cost changes to rectify inaccurate cost depletions more timely. The system can be unforgiving to user errors.

**Recommendations to others considering Crunchtime:**

Consider the turnover rate at your business and the software abilities of your team. The system provides a ton of great analysis and drill-down abilities, but bad data in bad data out. Need to have a few strong end-users who can help with the constant training within the restaurants.

Actual vs. Theo COGS opportunities, Identify gaps in actual labor, Labor Productivity, Cost Analysis.

We are sorry to hear about end-user errors causing invoice errors. At this time we do not offer email alerts, but there are reports available to show cost discrepancies. As we improve our platform, we are continuously looking for stronger automations and tighter integrations with vendor partners to eliminate the need for manual entry and reduce user error.

The scheduling on teamworx is much easier than our old company.

**What do you dislike about Crunchtime?**

The Teamworx mobile app has some flaws for example the Managers not being able to see their own schedules or request time off through the mobile app. They have a limited options they can view and some people can’t even open the teamworx app it just load indefinitely and never opens.

**What problems is Crunchtime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The scheduling is easier to accomplish which makes life easier.

I think there’s too many steps  and it’s tedious did you simple actions.  The reporting has way too many categories could just be simplified.

I don’t really think it’s solving any problems for me. I feel like there’s way too many issues within the system.

Easy to navigate from EM, Net Chef, and Teamworx.

One thing I dislike is the support center that is provided for certain tasks. The information in the support center doesn't really go into too much detail and there is a bit of confusion.

Simplifying the forecast screen is a great benefit. This will help our stores with adjusting scheduling and becoming less confused in what they are seeing.

I like how everything is becoming integrated with all of our other platforms. It makes less work for our management team. It is very easy to navigate, and figure out the answers to our questions ourselves for the most part.

I wish there was a chat feature. So if there is a question I need answered immediately, that I cant find under the help feature, I can ask that way instead of emailing an fbc etc.

**What do you like best about Crunchtime?**

I really enjoy the UI and the layout the new update has provided. The buttons are bigger, the quick links are tools my business uses daily and I really enjoy the tasks UI being apart of the dadhboard. I know it was jointed together previously but considering almost everything is on the dashboard is help.

**What do you dislike about Crunchtime?**

Though, with the layout being as it is, training people can be a bit confusing as more tools that cater to our business more are not as easy to find via the quick links provided.

I don't also find it helpful that when an accident does occur, like ordering a truck and cancelling it-- the order still goes through. I have immediately canceled an order right after submitting as well.

**What problems is Crunchtime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Inventory is a breeze when it comes down to end of month. The numbers of %'s of theoretical vs actual helps bring a better visual for our managers and how they can eliminate waste.

I like the accessbility best about Crunchtime, it is there for our daily documentation as far as checklist, inventory list and etc. One of our daily tools we use to be productive in the restaurant industry. Customer Service is amazing, my rep is Jessica Schwartz is the best. Intergration and Implementation helps our day to day functions.

Nothing at all. great product, no complaints at all.

I like how easy it is to navigate crunchtime its super simple, easy to use.  It saves me a lot of work and it is very beneficial when you are in a hurry.  I like the main page how it shows all the numbers in the first page.  Saves you time when your not constantly looking for the info that you need.

Crunchtime makes it super simple to create a schedule for my business.  It helps control the amount of money we spend on labor and helps me see what we are spending on labor and helps so I dont spend too much.

I like the visibility we have across locations. I love the dashboard, it is user friendly!

I don't like that you can't organize the order guide without using templates and there is no place to add a par amount. Also, when using a tablet to order we can't use a template.

I love Crunchtime due to the fact that you have all of your information in 1 place.  With being a university, we have several programs that we work with.  At least with CT, it's all there in one place.  It makes what I do easier to organize.

**What do you dislike about Crunchtime?**

Really my only complaint about Crunchtime is Biz IQ.  It is not a friendly program and it is not easy to use.

Being able to post multiple locations from one spot is genius.  Again, in the university setting, we have 52 locations that we manage and currently I have to manage them by location.  Our locations do not always do what we ask them to do.

Certain limitations to some of the reports. There's a fantastic daily breakdown in NetChef on the dashboard, but its only accessible for the current day. I would love if this report could be accessed for past dates

Crunchtime is an awesome platform all of our stores use for inventory, labor, etc. It makes it easy for us to keep our stores organized and functioning at our highest capacity.

We have a few issues with data importing and exporting, but knowing it is on the roadmap this year gives us hope for more functionality!

If you are a tradiitional restaurant company then CrunchTime will serve your needs and is fairly easy to use for operations.

Slow to make changes, product has felt stagnat for the past several years. The commissary module has not been touched and not well designed.

**What do you like best about Crunchtime?**

Crunchtime is like a onetime shop for foodservice. It is easy, has useful resources for trouble shooting and is clear on best practices to take care of all issues with labor and food cost. Eliminates alot of the paper we used in the past.

**What do you dislike about Crunchtime?**

Not being able to learn everything there is about the tool. What I dont know I dont use therefor I might be missing valuable information that we can help with.

Currently controlling food cost and manageing forecasted sales bast of last four weeks, which then lets us schedule accordingly so that we are not over spending labor dollars.

The platform is user friendly, with intuitive reporting, notifications, and daily operations systems. Zenput allows strategic initiatives to be tracked across our whole fleet, with Teamworx and NetChef helping our prime costs stay in line.

The support team can be slow to respond, and lack clarity in communications of process. More guides to walk through examples of processes could be helpful, and faster (less then 1 business day) response times would greatly improve experience.

I like that we can track our profits & losses, inventory, labor, etc. all in one place. It allows us to visualize our enterprise's progress in a well documented format.

I think that there should be improvement on the support end. If we have inquiries on bigger "projects" that we are hoping to achieve, the delay in response is disappointing. We'd like to see a little more movement and enthusiasm when it comes to implementing new ideas to the platform.

Crunchtime's purchasing and food costing is unparalleled in the industry.  Combining Teamworx with Net-Chef - gives you a full P&L through controllables.   Fully functional BOH system for operators.  The Drill down capabilities on all data entries allow you to solve operational issues instead of just reporting on them.

**What do you dislike about Crunchtime?**

Biz IQ and Micros Strategies are not as intuitive as other BI tools.  The data being housed separately from Net-Chef is understandable but the daily load lag can be frustrating.

See initial response - having access to an operational p&l through controllables on an on-demand basis - is outstanding.   Location managers can see and address any issues - food cost/labor etc long before the books are closed.

I have used many inventory systems over the course of 20 years and none of them even come close to the ease of crunch time. See up to date inventory levels, run reports easily to help research discrepancies, order products from vendors and reconcile them all in one easy to use program.  I like the storage location feature, which helps make inventory counts more accurate.

**What do you dislike about Crunchtime?**

One thing that I dislike about this program is that when entering inventory adjustments it lists items by storage location, instead of total amount of items.  When damaging out items there are times when the main storage location does not have enough of the item for me to damage out and then I have to see all the locations and figure out where I can damage it out.  But other than this issue, the program is great.

Keeping accurate up to date inventory records and easy ordering.  The reporting features make it easy to research inventory overages/shortages.  It also helps to see which items our employees may be over/under portioning, which has been really helpful in eliminating our bartenders over-pouring.

I enjoy the user friendly aspect of this system as it allows our managers to be able to count inventory and have an accurate tracking of proudct used in any specifict location.

It also allows them to order US Foods and Produce orders accurately without having to over order and/or over spend funds to acquire products.


**What do you dislike about Crunchtime?**

I dislike the editing in the net-chef tool via website. Anytime an edit is made the page refreshes, but it takes you back to the top of the page vs. refreshing to last previous edited spot.
 

**Recommendations to others considering Crunchtime:**

Definitely invest in the product and utilize the helpful tools and hints within their product.

It works for you as long as you work with it. Be sure to be consistent with counting and using the product each and every day to get the best out of the product.

We are solving the typical issues with inventory by having a central location to track numbers, food costs, and usage. We are also solving our waste issues to determine how much we are wasting of prepped products each week.

Crunchtime offers a wide range of tools and functionality allowing you to perform nearly all your restaurant management in just one stop. Food Cost, inventory, and labor managent are some huge benefits. The dashboard is also great for easy access to your food management data.. 

**What do you dislike about Crunchtime?**

While it offers nearly all standard day to day operations management and even some task management, it does not offer a great deal with regards to a HACCP program.. A secondary Food Saftey solution is still needed to comply with most local health code.

Food Cost, including waste.
Inventory, to help order the right quantity and keep track of existing inventory. 
Labor cost analysis and management, helping to understand trends to keep cost down. 
Multi-location tracking. (for franchise)

As much as I would appreciate the waste calculations and the ability for crunchtime to read proper increments for par leveles, the program doesnt update in real time. This makes it very difficult to understand the numbers being displayed (that are incorrect) verses the numbers that you have on paper for input. After a few times refreshing the page will update but it takes time.

**What do you dislike about Crunchtime?**

Wish there were some times that it would allow an order to be edited - sometimes once something is saved, it won't let me go back in and edit something. I also wish that the editing labor punches was a little more clear in it's presentation

It's a great way to spread out the work load and be able to track which person is making edits

**What problems is Crunchtime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

it's a great way to figure out which employees are entering in which information because of the individual logins and it's helpful for figuring out which step in the process any errors are made
