CRPRO Reviews & Product Details

CRPRO is a WhatsApp CRM built for Brazilian small and medium businesses that sell and support customers over WhatsApp and need structure without enterprise-grade complexity. Connected through the official Meta WhatsApp API (as an approved BSP), CRPRO removes the risk of getting the number banned and unlocks what the regular WhatsApp Business app can't do: multi-agent support (multiple agents on a single number, with routing and supervision), a sales kanban tied directly to conversations, mass campaigns with Meta-approved templates, follow-up automations, and a built-in AI agent (Cris) that qualifies and replies to leads before a human steps in — including outside business hours. Everything runs in Portuguese, priced in Brazilian reais, hosted on servers in Brazil and compliant with LGPD (Brazil's data protection law). CRPRO is designed for teams of 2 to 10 agents closing deals over WhatsApp — clinics, real estate, agencies, e-commerce and service businesses. Key features: • Official WhatsApp API (Meta / approved BSP) — no ban risk • Multi-agent shared inbox on a single number • Sales kanban integrated with conversations • Built-in AI agent (Cris) for first response and lead qualification • Mass campaigns with Meta-approved templates • Follow-up automations and workflows • Lead capture forms with automatic distribution • Conversion dashboard and reports • Servers in Brazil · LGPD compliant What sets CRPRO apart: pricing in BRL with no exchange-rate surprises (unlike USD-billed competitors), AI included rather than sold as an expensive add-on, and a genuine official API — not a disguised WhatsApp Web workaround.
