CRPRO is a WhatsApp CRM built for Brazilian small and medium businesses that sell and support customers over WhatsApp and need structure without enterprise-grade complexity. Connected through the official Meta WhatsApp API (as an approved BSP), CRPRO removes the risk of getting the number banned and unlocks what the regular WhatsApp Business app can't do: multi-agent support (multiple agents on a single number, with routing and supervision), a sales kanban tied directly to conversations, mass campaigns with Meta-approved templates, follow-up automations, and a built-in AI agent (Cris) that qualifies and replies to leads before a human steps in — including outside business hours.
