The setup of a new workflow is very easy for admins. The user interface is modern. the customer support of CWX is fast an innovativ. Problems are sloved in the standard. For internal customers there are nearly no limits for workflows. There are interfaces to many know standards like BI tools oder ERP systems. We have many daily users and it runs quite smothe. **What do you dislike about Crowdworx Idea & Innovation Engine?** That they don´t develop new things not even faster. With this software we targetted to reach all those employees via the appllication to get their good ideas (Kaizen) to improve our internal processes.
