Customer support in all departments is caring, responsive, and helpful. Any problem or question you have, anyone I have connected with is concerned and ready to assist. They loop in different support channels to ensure your issue at hand is resolved efficiently. I can't tell you how great that is when our fundraising season is only 10 weeks long. During our sign on process, we were told a few conflicting things from what we actually received.
