They have been not helpful in identifying the audiences for our products and have disturbed our productivity. They provide poor insights for optimizing campaigns. There have been delays in data reporting; their customer support is cumbersome and always not ready to assist. **What problems is Cross Pixel Media solving and how is that benefiting you?** Their communication skills uses some improvement.
