**What do you like best about cro.media?**

They don't waste time with calls and long meeting. Just submitted the website url, cromedia guys sent the full report after 2 days. Can't be more happy, the amount and quality of the work on top.

Also I liked that they estimated very exactly and accurately the development time for each of the issues or tasks.

**What do you dislike about cro.media?**

Their Shopify CRO Audit is top notch, no words.

But their Shopify development services a little bit expensive, but must to say the approach was very professional, no bugs left, all work was properly checked on their side.

**Recommendations to others considering cro.media:**

I would recommend to use their Shopify CRO audit service for sure.

After that if you need to implement the improvements maybe will be better to find some freelancers as cromedia guys prices for shopify development is a bit higher.

**What problems is cro.media solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was sending traffic to my website without getting proper sales, just wasting money on google ads, on meta ads... 

They identified the issues very quickly, sending the entire report and the list of changes the website requires.

We are continuing the collaboration, first batch was successful so far.
