Sent completely wrong items and then refused to make it right by reshipping correct items in time for the event they were ordered for (even though they had 3 days to do so). No stars. **What problems is Crafty solving and how is that benefiting you?** I don't know that they're solving any problems if the above is typical of their customer service. ### 2. They were onsite all day for the first week to make sure the coffee, water, ice machines were all working appropriately and training the staff on how to use the new machines to ensure everyone was happy and excited. The amount of care, attention and time that our crafty account rep dedicated to us was very helpful and switching to Crafty saved the company so much money each year because of the negotiated pricing they received with top tier vendors. **What do you dislike about Crafty?** The hardest thing about Crafty was trying to figure out what products we wanted stocked in our office. They have an overwhelming about of snacks, coffee and beer to pick from and a lot of them I had never heard of. **Recommendations to others considering Crafty:** If you are using a handful of vendors, if your office is getting bored with the snack options, if you think you are over paying for your snacks or if you need help stocking and taking inventory you would be doing yourself a disservice by not reaching out to Crafty **What problems is Crafty solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were paying way too much to stock our office with snacks and beverages. When I discovered Crafty and how much more we could get for a lower cost I wasn't sure it was possible, but it was. Having a dedicated Inventory Specialist in the office every day restocking and taking inventory and placing orders for me has saved me boat loads of time and money ### 3. They do a great job of making sure everything is constantly being supplied so we never run out. **What do you dislike about Crafty?** Nothing much! Sometimes certain brands of snacks are gone for a while, but that might be a supply problem rather than the fault of Crafty. **Recommendations to others considering Crafty:** If you are working at a tech company where people are expecting consistent snacks and drinks and they need to be replenished often, Crafty does a great job of providing that. **What problems is Crafty solving and how is that benefiting you?** They allow employees at our company to be fully supplied with all the snacks and drinks needed to keep us fueled during the day. ### 4. Crafty does an excellent job of keeping food and drinks stocked. The employees of Crafty are always super friendly and helpful in the needs of employees at our company. Happy to have them in our office keeping us going with nourishment. **What do you dislike about Crafty?** No complaints, Crafty does an excellent job. **Recommendations to others considering Crafty:** No brainer if you're looking for a food supplier to keep your company fueled. **What problems is Crafty solving and how is that benefiting you?** The employees at our company have what they need in order to fuel them for their daily work. Crafty has an inventory for all diets and lifestyles. If someone has a request they can fulfill it with swiftness. ### 5.
