In my opinion COUPA is very straight forward to use. It is also extremely customizable. The way our company has it setup is perfect because our offices outside of corporate often have questions on how to utilize certain features. Our employees are able to go to certain pages and get step by step directions on how to operate certain functions. Coupa support is also very nice to work with. Coupa has been a comprehensive spend-management platform for us. Coupa has made onboarding new suppliers easy. Invoice Smash is a great tool as well which has made our AP process much more simple. PO creation is simple and, most of the time, straightforward. Coupa integrates with our ERP which streamlines our processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Coupa's implementation took a while and it was not the easiest, but we ultimately implemented it. it does take a while to get used to and getting preexisting vendors onboarded was not the easiest. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love how users find it easy to use and how clean the interface is. I use the platform every day. This is a best in class platform and it is easy to implement and integrate with other platforms. I also like the data design and how the background tables are set up and configured. Customer support is good and responsive. if issues occur on the coupa end, they are fixed very quickly.
