I've been using since I started up my practice in 2017.

Since 2017 the service has steadily eroded especially in the last few years where they keep hiking up the price every few months by $10.

For me the final straw is their billing system where they locked my account due to alleged non payments - even though the last three payments were withdrawn fine.

I'm going to be moving away from something. I suggest you stay away unless you also want to be held ransom due to their billing issues.

I like the auto features included. The sync with my bank accts and auto-generated LSO reports are a godsend. It has saved my practice from the beginning and put me on a good path.
