It is easy to navigate and find the information you are looking for. The shortcuts within the website allow for quick and easy ways to enter needed information. Instead, it opens reports in a new window which makes them a hassle for viewing. When changes are made in the back end it sometimes messes other things up, they usually get fixed pretty quickly. Its just a trend I have noticed that is a bit frustrating. I don't like that you can't edit the wording on a time entry at the invoice section even though there is a button to do so! Please fix that, that would be a huge time saver! Currently, my main complaint would be that I wish that when you tagged colleagues in tasks and they receive an email notification that there was an option to click on a link in the email that would take you directly to the task in the software for follow-up.
