**What do you like best about Correlated?**

For years, we struggled to build PLG motions on our own, and Correlated makes it easy for any team to build what used to take years + 5 engineers. The team's been fantastic to work with, they're responsive, and they're cooking up some great products for the future.

**What do you dislike about Correlated?**

With any platform like this, it does take some time and resources to get the initial setup going. This is more on our end, but we had to first find the resources to get it off the ground. Once it's launched, it's so much better than anything we could've used or built. Putting in a small amount of work amounts to millions (probably tens of millions) more revenue for us.

**What problems is Correlated solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a ton of self-serve customers and we'd always mostly ignored them. We knew we were leaving millions of dollars of ARR on the table, so now Correlated is helping us capture those dollars and self-serve paying customers like never before.

**What do you like best about Correlated?**

The Slack App was my main access point for Correlated, and I would check it daily, and multiple times a day if the signal was running.  Initially the engine was not exactly tuned to what was needed, but I worked with the sales rep, and he was able to make some minor adjustments and then it was good enough, and led to a deal of fairly significant size, plus many more clues about future deals that were just beginning to express themselves.

While I was only granted access for about a month, and the set up could have been improved and iterated multiple times to result in better outcomes (via Snowflake).

**What do you dislike about Correlated?**

This is not my perspective, however Correlated requires a fairly deep understanding of your own product metrics, the signals that represent your customery journey points, obstacles and eddys.  Without knowing how your customers level up in your product, you might find the information not as useful.  My recommendation would be to dive deeper, understand how the data currents actually lead to the desired outcomes, this will help you tune the product engine as well as the data engine to perform just in time.

Correlated was able to ping me about deals that were signalling some new behavior, and helped me identify which users might need a nudge.

**What do you like best about Correlated?**

Ability to easily setup, manage and map data sources & destinations

Ability to  trigger multiple actions (SFDC tasks, slack alerts, etc) from a single audience playbook - this is not possible with all platforms and save a ton of time in management.

I LOVE the 'goal' functionality. This allows us to easily setup sucess metrics for all the playbooks we setup within the playform - making it super simple for us to know if a PLG play we're running is working (or not) without having to create a complex SFDC report first. You can also setup multiple goals for the same play, which is a another great addition!

The ability to create & update Salesforce objects on the Account/Contact record is a great benefit to our process. 

The Slack alert functionality it super immersive, allowing you to push both Segment & Salesforce (or whatever data sources you pull) into the alert, along with recent platform activity data. 

This means I don't need to have my sales team working out of Correlated - they can see all the information they need in the alert and click in the SFDC link within it to start working on the task associated with the account right away.

**What do you dislike about Correlated?**

Similar to other platforms like this, there is an initial learning curve and setup time when connecting the data sources (and ensuring they are mapped to the right fields/places).

We had a few problems at first with matching our Salesforce records with the correct Segment data, but the Correlated team worked with us closely until those issues were resolved successfully.

The Account/Contact Scoring setup can be a little tricky to understand at first, but the team has been helpful in helping us perfect our Conversion models.

**What problems is Correlated solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Among other things, it is helping us to better prioritize the leads for our sales team by allowing us to turn high intent PQL signals into real-time Slack alerts & actionable Salesforce tasks. This allows our sales team to personalize their outreach to a select number of leads per day, instead of just calling a mass volume of sign-ups.

**What do you like best about Correlated?**

The Correlated team is what separates them from the pack. They're very involved and have a real customer success mindset. They also move quickly with the product and take your feedback seriously.

**What do you dislike about Correlated?**

Not necessarily a knock on Correlated specifically but with all of the PLG platforms you have data flowing in from a number of different locations and it takes up front investment to get things working and in a place where you can trust the data.

**What problems is Correlated solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's listening for meaningful signals in our customer data and flagging milestones for us at scale. We can automatically put the right user in the right campaign based on their actions.

**What do you like best about Correlated?**

Correlated offers an incredibly easy-to-use interface and a strong automation engine. While the product isn't perfect, it is a must-have for any sales org looking to deploy its first PLS motion.

**What do you dislike about Correlated?**

We've lost time in the past due to cleaning & trimming data once it's in Correlated. The product could do a little more to help with that. Lead routing is still a huge gap in the product suite (but will be solved soon!).

**What problems is Correlated solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Correlated makes it easy to stand up a GTM motion focused on in-product behavior. The more data you give the tool, the more power it has. Correlated has saved us so much in testing out different playbooks (combinations of product usage, demographic, & intent data).

getcorrelated.com is an invaluable tool for uncover hidden correlations in my business data. within minutes, getcorrelated revealed serveral powerful coorelations I would never have discovered on my own

**What do you dislike about Correlated?**

the interface also feels oversimplified. The canned visualizations look slick but limit my ability to manipulate the data. i'd like more fine- tuned control over chart types, colors, etc

the interactive visualisation make it effotlessly easy to explore different correlations. with just a few clicks, i can filter and segment the data to gain precise insights

**What do you like best about Correlated?**

As a startup with limited GTM resources, Correlated enables me to experiment and take action on PQLs on my own. I can set PQL criteria and thresholds without writing code and the built-in integration with Outreach and Slack makes it seamless to run campaigns and get alerted on prospects. Their team also goes above and beyond on customer support.

**What do you dislike about Correlated?**

Correlated relies on you (the end customer) to provide product usage data. That means you need to have a data eng team that can properly capture and pipe product usage data to other destinations.

**What problems is Correlated solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pipeline creation -> more revenue for the business

**What do you like best about Correlated?**

helps me stitch together product usage data with individual users in a way that wasn't possible with traditional CRM and CDP tools. I also really like Correlated's scoring system where I don't have to pick particular events for scoring, I can just feed them all into the ML scoring model and let it weight everything for me.

**What do you dislike about Correlated?**

It does take a while to get fully set-up which is just life when you have any tool that relies on multiples data feeds / integrations, and I'm also eagerly awaiting more integration with Hubspot (which the team is working on currently)

**What problems is Correlated solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to associate product usage data with individual users or accounts
Being able to identify when a user is 'product qualified' and therefore ready to be engaged with a sales approach

**What do you like best about Correlated?**

What I like:
- Correlated is very easy to use. I can simply chat with it in plain English to get helpful information.
- The AI seems quite advanced. It's able to understand context and have coherent conversations.

**What do you dislike about Correlated?**

- Though conversations are smooth overall, there are times when responses feel canned or repetitive rather than fully natural.
- While friendly, Correlated's personality is a bit generic. More brand personality could make interactions more engaging.

Correlated is an impressive AI assistant that makes getting helpful information easy via conversation. With some tweaks to improve accuracy, expand capabilities, and boost engagement, it could become a top choice in its category. I recommend giving Correlated a try.

**What do you like best about Correlated?**

The service we receive from Correlated is better than any other vendor we work with. They are incredibly responsive and always willing to go above and beyond to help us achieve our goals.

**What do you dislike about Correlated?**

As with any earlier stage product, there are some rough edges and occassional bugs. However, the team is always really quick to acknowledge and fix so this has never been a significant blocker.

Correlated helps us scale enablement for our self-serve users. We're able to identify risks/opportunities and trigger automated or personalized engagement touchpoints.

**What do you like best about Correlated?**

Correlated has been a super useful tool for us, integrating with Slack and our sales engagement platform to identify high-propensity behavior for outbounding. Super customizable and the team works with us to ensure it works as needed.

**What do you dislike about Correlated?**

I think it can be tricky to integrate Correlated into a tech stack of sales engagement platform, CRM, and messaging tooling when they don't all work together seamlessly - automatically routing Correlated leads to reps was difficult to stand up.

**What problems is Correlated solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to translate in-product behavior directly into lead scoring, and take identified opportunities in real-time to our sales platform for outbound calling. It's helping us merge PLG and sales.

The Correlated alerts are like having Google maps on an otherwise foggy road of opportunity. They provide a clear direction to look while saving time and headspace.

**What do you dislike about Correlated?**

Wish I received more alerts, but 100% understand this is configurable.

**What problems is Correlated solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There is often many accounts and noise among the accounts. Correlated provides direction to allow me to priortize my time and strategy overall.

Correlated does a wonderful job in highlighting the accounts that should be getting the most attention, and which one of these accounts  are showing signs of growth

**What do you dislike about Correlated?**

I'm not the most 'tech savvy' when it comes to API's and things alike, so often we'll need to loop in Engineering from time to time.

**What problems is Correlated solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Correlated removes the guessing game out from which ICP's and customer accounts I should be focusing on. It gives me real time updates and analytics, so I know where I should be investing my time to upsell + grow.

Giving Rev Ops the ability to set up proactive product usage notifications without needing to write a query. Freeing up our GTM IC's from getting lost in reporting by way of these proactive notifications.
