I like this tool and from a professional point of view it is of great help to manage in less time the processes since in the last years it has not been left behind in the integration of new technologies, it allows to manage the conflicts of the different departments in the company as well as it is also ideal for the follow-up of cases Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I do not have a bad reference of this system, I could say that the integration with other systems can be improved but I would not qualify this tool as negative, its adaptability process can be considerable as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
