Cooper Reviews & Product Details

Cooper is an AI-powered recruiting platform built to help modern hiring teams recruit smarter, faster, and with less manual effort. It combines an intuitive Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with intelligent AI agents that automate the most time-consuming parts of recruitment—from finding candidates to conducting structured interviews and managing the hiring pipeline. Unlike traditional ATS platforms that primarily store candidate data, Cooper actively supports recruiters throughout the hiring journey. Recruiters can publish jobs, build branded career pages, distribute openings across multiple job boards, manage applications, collaborate with hiring managers, schedule interviews, communicate with candidates, and track every hiring activity from one centralized platform. Cooper's AI agents bring automation across the recruitment lifecycle: • Coo (AI sourcing agent) identifies and evaluates potential candidates. • Scout (AI screening agent) screens applicants based on hiring criteria and role requirements. • Robin (AI interviewer) conducts structured AI interviews and provides consistent interview insights. Beyond AI, Cooper includes modern recruiting capabilities such as customizable hiring pipelines, candidate scorecards, collaborative hiring, interview scheduling, multilingual career pages, recruiting analytics, candidate communication, and seamless team collaboration. Built for startups, scaleups, SMBs and enterprise hiring teams, Cooper helps organizations reduce time-to-hire, improve recruiter productivity, deliver a better candidate experience, and make more confident hiring decisions—all from a single AI-powered recruiting platform.
