**What do you like best about Convosio?**

Convosio is a prescient dialer. This component naturally dials numbers and interfaces me to live possibilities, taking out squandered life on occupied flags and replying mail. Like having an individual partner continually takes care of me qualified leads, permitting me to zero in exclusively on making the deal.

**What do you dislike about Convosio?**

I've experienced with Convosio is the restricted revealing abilities. While it gives fundamental call information, it needs profundity investigation like call recording access and feeling examination. This makes it trying to break down call quality and execution patterns, obstructing my capacity to constantly further develop my deals approach.

**What problems is Convosio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

**What do you like best about Convosio?**

- Great support on the dashboard, almost real time replies
- Analytics are perfect that's required to gauge the agent's performance
- seamless integration with tools like shopify etc
- cleaand easy to use dashboard

**What do you dislike about Convosio?**

- its not a omnichannel solution but the live chat is gamechanger

**What problems is Convosio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Live chat on the website, decreased our bunce rate of our website drastically since the customers stay on the website and live chat with our agents.
