**What do you like best about ConverzAI?**

This tool is straightforward to use and significantly simplifies the process of gaining insights and an overview of candidates, making my work much easier.

**What do you dislike about ConverzAI?**

I personally haven't encountered many challenges, but I have heard from other candidates that the system sometimes fails to connect with them at the scheduled time. Instead, it often attempts to reach out late at night, outside of regular working hours, or even during weekends, which is inconvenient for candidates who are unable to talk at those times.

**What problems is ConverzAI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The platform tackles important challenges such as managing large volumes of candidates, slow screening processes, and inconsistent follow-ups by automating outreach and engagement through AI-driven voice, text, and email conversations. Personally, I see the main advantage as a quicker turnaround in candidate screening, which reduces the manual workload for recruiters and improves candidate engagement, since the AI is available around the clock. Additionally, it could help standardize communication, maintain cleaner ATS data, and enable the team to concentrate more on qualified candidates and client interactions instead of repetitive administrative tasks.

**What do you like best about ConverzAI?**

ConverzeAI reaches out to candidates and gathers required information. It gives insights about the candidate and also saves time as I get the liberty to already know candidate skills.

**What do you dislike about ConverzAI?**

It reaches out to applicants directly, sometimes candidates get confused as they say they have already been contacted by the system. Some candidates say that they have already applied and some say the they would not like to communicate with an automated system in first go. I have lost some good applicants and candidates because of this issue.

**What problems is ConverzAI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It basically saves time by reaching out to applicants and some times to relevant candidates as well. It also increases effort on a particular job as it gives applicant insights, reaches candidates and evaluate their fit score, all this helps in reaching out to right candidate by saving efforts wasted on uninterested or not-fit candidates.

**What do you like best about ConverzAI?**

ConverzAI does a great job of making conversations feel natural and engaging. I really like how it helps me communicate more clearly and saves time. It’s user-friendly and adapts well to whatever task I’m working on.

**What do you dislike about ConverzAI?**

Occasionally, the system takes a moment to process or slightly misses the context in longer conversations. It’s improving, though, and updates seem to make a difference each time.

**What problems is ConverzAI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s helped me cut down on repetitive communication tasks and stay on top of messages. I get better insights and can respond faster, which has made my workflow much smoother.

Sometimes the hiring team is unable to convince the candidates if ConverzAI has already reached out to them for the same opportunities

ConverzAI is reaching out to potential people who have the required experience, which is useful or required for the opportunities. Sometimes it also helps the hiring team to save their time while connecting & qualifying the potential people or candidates for the role.

**What do you like best about ConverzAI?**

It connects with the applicants itself over the phone, screens them, asks them questions related to job and their experience which is required for the job. And based on that it evaluates a fit score to the candidate helping the recruiter determine which applicants are better matches.

The only drawback is that sometimes the evaluation accuracy is not very accurate.

**What problems is ConverzAI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the problem for recruiters, of calling all the applicants for a job one by one which can sometimes take a lot of time. But ConverzAI can reach the applicants faster to give that edge.

It saves a lot of time, Instead of dialing numbers one by one, ConverzAI handles the calls and lets me focus on the actual conversations and follow-ups.

**What do you dislike about ConverzAI?**

The main issue I’ve noticed is that sometimes it runs a bit slow, and the voice can sound a little robotic so I usually have to follow up manually to make it feel more personal.

It cuts down the time I spend on manual calls and lets me focus on quality conversations, not just quantity.

ConverzAI screen candidate very well take almost every single details which is required for submission this is the best thing.

Sometimes ConverzAI contacts candidates who are not qualified for the position.

ConverzAI  done almost 70% work calling candidate take required information and UpToDate resume  which save more time.

**What do you like best about ConverzAI?**

The ease of implementation and the customer support is unmatched!  I work with many vendors for recruiting technology both specific and not specific to the staffing industry and I've never felt in better hands than I have with ConverzAI.  From a seamless integration and initial training, to having a dedicated customer success representative who is generally invested in our success using the tool, there has been little for us to be concerned about over the entire process.

**What do you dislike about ConverzAI?**

There isn't anything I would change at this point with ConverzAI and our VR.

**What problems is ConverzAI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ConverzAI is solving a large opportunity for us with candidate experience.  With our VR, we're ensuring that every candidate who applies with us receives a call back.  We're also saving time on the (human) Recruiter screens, ensuring that that time is valuable with higher level, more meaningful conversations with our candidates. We've also been able to trim down our time to first client submission and get people to work faster - meaning, getting them connected to transformational opportunities and billing sooner.
