Such a fun tool for our projects! **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Morgan K. | Construction Management Intern, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** November 11, 2021 **What do you like best about Control Center 8?** One of our clients requires that EarthCam be used at every one of their jobsites and prior to that I hadn't been introduced to it. Now I wish we could use it on all jobsites. It has helped the client be able to see the project as it happens, but also as someone who generates weekly reports for the clients, it has allowed me to get more detailed photos than what the site superintendents sometimes send. It is also super simple for the site superintendents to set up. It's relatively plug and play with very little need for help. **What do you dislike about Control Center 8?** There isn't much to dislike about this program. **What problems is Control Center 8 solving and how is that benefiting you?** It allows the clients to see the projects happening in real time. It's especially helpful for the clients who are states away from the projects that we are building for them. Internally it helps with reporting and to hold subcontractors accountable if the Superintendent isn't there all day because they need to be on another jobsite. ### 2. During Construction it is very helpful to be able to go back and see what happened on the jobsite at any given time and then after the project is complete it's amazing to be able to watch it come together in a matter of minutes. You can adjust how often the camera takes a still photo so that you can have as much or as little photo documentation as you need. It's great for clients who are far away from the project. It's like they're there. I am also always blown away by the quickness of the support team. They answer questions within minutes which is something that I really appreciate! **What do you dislike about Control Center 8?** I think it could be slightly more user friendly when it comes to viewing individual still photos. I figured it out eventually but it took a little doing. I have no doubt though that there is a tutorial out there that I just didn't see. **What problems is Control Center 8 solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have clients all over the country that build commercial projects with us. It is hard for them to get a real feel of what's going on in the project from just the weekly photo updates. This allows them to have access to essentially real time information. They can follow along with us at any time and see the progress.
