ContractPlan Reviews & Product Details

ContractPlan is contract utilization software for nonprofits on city, county, state and grant service contracts. It shows where every contract will land at year end and what it takes to spend it, and gives you and your funder one set of numbers to work from. Most service contracts are not-to-exceed: you're paid for the services you deliver, up to the contract value, and whatever isn't billed by year end is lost. It's rarely anyone's fault. The provider sees its caseload, the funder sees its caps and approvals, and nobody sees the whole contract until the closeout letter. ContractPlan catches an underspend in month three. No new system to set up. Upload a signed contract and ContractPlan reads the value, period, services and rates, budgets, purchase orders, reporting deadlines and funder contacts, and lays them out for you to check. Forward invoices as you already send them: nothing to re-type. - Projected landing: every contract marked under, over or on pace, with what it takes to close the gap. - Census planner: the active clients and referrals each contract needs, from its rates, attrition and approval wait, worked out step by step so you can walk your funder through it. - Reports and deadlines: one list across every contract, with due dates worked out from the contract's own rules. - Board report and spreadsheet: the whole portfolio on one printable page or in Excel. - Optional funder links: a read-only page with billing, the spend curve and reporting status. Sharing can be turned off for team-only use. Built to be safe with your data: no client names or records, only aggregate counts, and each organization's data kept separate and encrypted. $149 a month per organization, unlimited contracts and users, with a 30-day free trial and no card required.
