What do you like best about ContractHero?

The UI is clean and I can usually find what I need without digging around. The integrations fit well into my workflow, and the platform feels fast and reliable even when I’m working with a lot of contracts. The AI features are probably my favorite part since they help me get through contracts quicker and pick out the important stuff. What do you like best about ContractHero?

I like that ContractHero keeps everything organized in one place. It's easy to track contracts, renewal dates, and important obligations with it. The reminders are quite helpful in making sure we don't miss any deadlines. The initial setup was quite easy for me as the interface is straightforward. What do you like best about ContractHero?

Simple design of the contract toolkit, allowing each contract to be analyzed appropriately. Quick responses from support, very noteworthy. Customizability of AI evaluations through prompts that can be tested directly on the contract. Upload via email creates a simple integration into the daily work workflow. What do you dislike about ContractHero?

Questionable AI strategy. AI results should not be inserted into the export/as a value in the data field before they have been reviewed by humans. The consistency of the AI needs to be improved; currently, fields in identical contracts are extracted differently. Additionally, scalability needs to be improved. Especially the contact view is not convincing with several thousand contracts, as duplicates have to be merged individually and cannot be addressed via a multi-select field. Also, the import via table still needs improvement: why must the title and category be uploaded in addition to the ID when the ID is unique? Furthermore, with every upload, the value of a list field must be dragged and dropped to the Contract Hero value, even though they are identical. This costs time and nerves. What do you like best about ContractHero?

ContractHero impresses with a clearly structured and user-friendly design that enables efficient contract management. The integration of our existing contracts went smoothly and without significant difficulties. The available basic functions are optimally tailored to the requirements of contract management and are completely sufficient for our daily processes.

Particularly noteworthy is the structured and practical onboarding phase, which was conducted together with customer support. This allowed us to quickly familiarize ourselves with the system and we are now able to independently upload, manage, and edit our contracts.

The biggest upside for us is having all group contracts in one place instead of scattered across mailboxes and shared drives. The automatic extraction of key data and the deadline and renewal reminders mean we no longer miss termination windows.
