Continuant Connect AI Reviews & Product Details

Continuant Connect is a cloud-based Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) solution that brings voice, video, messaging, and collaboration together into a single platform. Designed for hybrid and distributed enterprises, Connect lets organizations enable real-time collaboration from anywhere while scaling communication channels up or down to match business demand. Unlike single-vendor offerings, Continuant Connect is platform-agnostic. Teams can build their voice system on Microsoft Teams Phone, Zoom Phone, or Cisco Webex Calling — or run multiple platforms at once — with Continuant handling migration, deployment, and ongoing management across all of them. Standard enterprise voice capabilities include global call routing, auto attendants, call queues, and contact center integration. For organizations still tied to legacy infrastructure, Connect Hybrid Calling (CHC) enables a phased, no-pressure move to the cloud. Businesses can migrate on their own timeline, keep existing phone lines and carrier relationships, retain current numbers through porting, enable E911 services, and continue using existing telephony hardware — all without disrupting operations. Continuant Connect is backed by fully managed services, including 24/7/365 US-based support, proactive system monitoring and analytics, ITIL-based service management, and a single point of contact for OEM support tickets. A deep bench of OEM-certified engineers extends your team's capabilities without the cost of additional certifications and training. Service is offered in tiered Basic, Extended, and Premium packages so organizations can match support levels to their needs.
