**Describe the project or task content26 helped with:**

I've brought on Content26 to three different organizations to develop and optimize content and descriptions for the entire catalog on Amazon for the respective brands.

**What do you like best about content26?**

I've worked with Content26 multiple times and with multiple brands throughout my career.  I continue to come back to them and recommend them because they live up to their name and are content experts.  They work extremely well will organizations of all kinds and even under strict legal/language restrictions to develop rich and engagement content that also is optimized for SEO on Amazon.  

**What do you dislike about content26?**

They sometimes can stick to a standard template/formula for content on Amazon that has worked in the past for different brands, but isn't necessarily unique for the brand they're working on.  Like any agency, they can require a little bit of hand holding and direction to get the most out of them. 

**What problems is content26 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

eComm content development and SEO optimization of content and titles.  This has dramatically improved conversion and organic search rankings.

Content26 was recommended to us by our consultant.  They did a great job on several A+ pages but not so much on AMS campaigns.

**What do you like best about content26?**

Their responsiveness and end result was great for our varied A+ content.

**What do you dislike about content26?**

The mishandling of our AMS budget resulted in a $40k overspend and as a result, we had to cut other marketing programs.

**Recommendations to others considering content26:**

Content26 was great for A+ content but not so good for AMS campaigns, where they overspent our budget.

**What problems is content26 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Content26 was upfront about overspending our AMS budget and understood that we needed to end our relationship because of it.
