The technical complexity of the older system (Classic Contensis) can be intimidating for business users. As a developer, this additional granularity has helped us to deliver requirements that would not have been possible on less sophisticated systems. Contensis for us (as a supported product via Zengenti) is a simple and easy to use interface - in fact new starters can be up and running with an hour's basic training - for a complex website in front of it.
