The team at Zengenti are responsive and supportive of our requirements and understanding of the challenges of a large beaurocratic institution. **What do you dislike about Contensis?** The platform can struggle when the volumne of traffic is quite high. We'd expect the platform to dynamically support increased traffic volumes but that isn't always the case. **What problems is Contensis solving and how is that benefiting you?** Zengenti have quite a few public sector and higher education institutions as clients so we do benefit from that experience. The Management API enables the import of content from other systems simply and effectively.
