I like that ConstructConnect Project Intelligence offers both project and company searches, which is a great feature. I appreciate the accessibility to contract plans and opportunities to share these documents with others within our organization. The setup's been extremely easy from the get-go. We were appointed with a great resource within the ConstructConnect platform, and our account rep has always been easily accessible whenever we have questions. Occasionally, there are delays in updates to the project standing. For example, after a project has gone out to bid and the award date has passed, sometimes the low bidder isn't recognized on the platform. We really appreciate you pointing out the occasional delay in project updates, especially when bid dates have passed or notifications about Project ID changes haven’t been clear. Sometimes, when contacts or companies are merged, the system sends update on the projects those companies are associated with, which is something our product team is working to fix.
