More so, ConnectedView has an instant way of reaching people, more so the customers who support the business. Lastly, ConnectedView accommodates the available digital mechanisms in supporting sales. **What do you dislike about ConnectedView?** When ConnectedView gets technical challenges, it takes some hours before a reply. You have to have an app on your phone in order to get the code to connect. Which makes security with connection great. **What do you dislike about ConnectedView?** What I don't like is that sometimes I enter the code and it doesn't work. Which makes me have to enter the code a few times before I can log in. I just have to make sure I am paying close attention. **Recommendations to others considering ConnectedView:** Recommend! I could find all in one place and concentrate my remaining time on improving the product. The results were actually convincing as they also helped increase my reach to the existing mailing lists of similar customer preferences. **What do you dislike about ConnectedView?** I would ay that the product has a lot more scope for future improvements as for now it just integrates my existing tools and aids my sending efficiency.
