**What do you like best about Connectbase?**

It is highly automated so it eliminates all manual processes thus promoting a streamlined workflow in quoting, pricing and billing. 
It seamlessly integrates with other tools in API ecosystems, this ensures we have a highly streamlined workflow as we work from a single platform.

**What do you dislike about Connectbase?**

It has a steep learning curve for new users but its seamless once implemented.

**What problems is Connectbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Traditional manual quoting, ordering serviceability checks are very slow and error prone. Connectbase solves this by automating these processes thus reducing quote to order cycle times drastically. This ensures fast deals closure and accuracy which promotes customer satisfaction and retention.

Connectbase provides a visual depiction of our fiber network, as well as identifying on-net and near-net buildings.
Connectbase has the formats for loading our on-net and near-net buildings into other companies databases.
I turn up Connectbase every day to have available to view locations my team is working on.

**What do you dislike about Connectbase?**

Does not provide a "street-view" like Google Earth does.
Would like Connectbase integrated with Salesforce for greater ease of use, and including verified on-net and near-net locations in sales opportunities.

**What problems is Connectbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Identifying near-net buildings in addition to on-net buildings.  Resulting activity is positive sales opportunities that quickly turn into orders.

**What do you like best about Connectbase?**

The Connectbase services facilitates GDS to automate our circuit quoting process.  With Connectbase, we have a nearly single pane of glass to view all relevant vendor availability.  This is to inclued the ability to see which vendors may be in an area where GDS does not yet have a relationship with.

**What do you dislike about Connectbase?**

We do sometimes have instances of not always getting the expected response for certain queried locations.  There is not always a way to know that a potential vendor did not get offered.

**What problems is Connectbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We no longer have to search to find what providers are servicing particular locations and also have the ability to have a one stop shop to get pricing for all potential vendors.  Before Connectbase we had to determine the vendors servicing a location and go to them individually to obtain pricing.

I like this platform as the ideal option to establish and manage effective connections in different business areas. It stands out for its intuitive and easy-to-use interface, which allows users to navigate the platform without difficulty. Implementing Connectbase is a simple and fast process. **What do you dislike about Connectbase?**

Some users have said that the loading speed can be slow at times, which can affect productivity and user experience. However, this problem tends to be infrequent, that is one of the things I don't like about the platform, otherwise I agree, since the ability to synchronize with popular CRM and project management applications is one of the Connectbase's strengths.

The wide array of provider maps and connectivity serviceability data.

**What do you dislike about Connectbase?**

Not all providers provide KMZ files.
The maps and UI feel outdated.
There is data in broadbandmap.fcc.gov that is not in connectbase.

**What problems is Connectbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use connect base for location and servicability data.  Our customer often are not in lit buildings so we rely very heavily on the tower, data center, CO, and other layers as well.

Ease of use.  The content within the tool is useful for both buyers and sellers, and also sparks conversations for new opportunities when mentioning "we are a current user of ConnectBase and most of our customers our as well."  Customer support has been very good as I understand it from our Sales Operations Team feedback as well.

**What do you dislike about Connectbase?**

Nothing that I have found yet to dislike.  I know the platform will continue to evolve and continuing to get smaller providers fiber maps and on-net buildings on board in the platform will continue to happen.

Market Intelligence is solved for us and our customers / prospects.

**What do you like best about Connectbase?**

You have done a great job getting a large group of my peers into your ecosystem which makes my job easier as I have many of the people I talk to all in the same place.  I like it that you take care of our onnet building list as that fell on me before we became users.

**What do you dislike about Connectbase?**

Your system is still wonky.  I have flat files sent to Windstream who is not a Connect Base user and they consistently find errors from file to file.  I am almost tempted to have them taken off the list.  But this last trouble ticket I noticed that a steady stream of communication went back and forth trying to fix the issue. **What do you like best about Connectbase?**

Using Connectbase, I'm able to upload spreadsheets of addresses to find the on-net and near-net providers, as well as the LEC serving that area. I find this to be a very helpful tool as I source many carriers to provide wireless backhaul for my client. Connectbase makes my job easier and that's what I love about it.

**What do you dislike about Connectbase?**

I'm still learning the program, but I do find that some of the functions are not very intuitive and I have to use a lot of trial and error in order to utilitize many of the functions.

**What problems is Connectbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Connectbase helps me to find carriers across the country to provide wireless backhaul quotes. Using the List function, I am able to sort through lists and find carriers in a very short time. Connectbase saves me time and phone calls/emails to find the right carrier for my needs.

**What do you like best about Connectbase?**

The best part of Connectbase is that you can request a quote in one area as long as you have the vendors API's. Without the API's Connectbase would be challenging to work in and a last resort for me.

**What do you dislike about Connectbase?**

Discrepancies in pricing and last mile vendor. On a couple of occasions, I have generated a quote that did not have the last mile vendor or had a different price than what the vendor provided via email. This needs to be fixed to give the user a great user experience.

**What problems is Connectbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Better user interface. This helps the user navigate more freely and have a better overall experience navigating all the different options and tabs. I have not used Connectbase as much as I would like. But I'm trying to get better t using it.

The most preferred aspect of Connectbase is that I can find any information very easily. It is a suitable platform for business work. It is very easy to navigate. It is very easy to use and has saved me a lot of time. It is an excellent platform for buying and selling, as it makes it easy to find buyers and sellers.

**What do you dislike about Connectbase?**

Sometimes it gets confusing while navigating. The interface and workflow take a fair amount of time to get used to, which would be nice to address. And there is no such problem here. Everything seems wonderful to me.

Connectbase has solved buying and selling and is a very helpful platform to understand market segments. My communication in business has improved a lot. As a result, I have benefited a lot. It is really a great platform to find customers through.

The modules can be unintuitive, and the viewability of the pricing, in particular, is difficult.

Connectbase is a powerful tool to provide summaries of building lists to share and/or ingest in managing the day to day operations of being a service provider.  We have not utilized a competitors service to date.

**What do you dislike about Connectbase?**

There have been some challenges in getting accurate data loaded to our Connectbase instance.  We need 100% confidence that data is accurate to effectively manage our business.

Connectbase allows our company to share building lists and pricing information for providers and vice versa.  The CB team also is performing quarterly updates to refresh our Near Net buildings.

Detailed data is excellent and very useful in trying to make important business decisions.  Customer interface team (Mike Berman) is knowledgeable and easy to work with.  In fact, most all I have interacted with area excellent.

**What do you dislike about Connectbase?**

A little difficult to bridge the features of the tool with how an Admin/User can best use it.  Inability to set polygon areas and generate market data in those defined areas.

**What problems is Connectbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Better understanding our target market segments.  Improving the relationships with potential, target customers.  In fact, helping a great deal with both sides in the value chain (customer and supplier, who in this case could be a CLEC in a remote area)

Provided the NPA-NXX information based on location.
Simple to navigate.
The fiber Map - and address look-up.

**What do you dislike about Connectbase?**

I do not like how the data is returned when running a quote.  The information that comes back is hard to read and is not organized well.  Having to scroll to the right to gather all the necessary information makes it difficult to capture the information I am looking for.

**What problems is Connectbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are solving having to look up serviceability checks in each carrier portal for each individual carrier for every single location.  In addition, Connectbase is also marking up the pricing so that is no longer a manual requirement for our department.

**What do you like best about Connectbase?**

Connectbase is the gold standard for footprint validation in the telecom space.  My company is integrating into the system and my partners are very anxious to get on board. We expect the ease of use and compatibility of systems to really facilitate revenue generation as little time will be wasted qualifying sales.

**What do you dislike about Connectbase?**

It's taking a little longer than we hoped to become fully ingratiated into the system.  I think everyone would agree doing it right is better than doing it fast.

It's meeting the needs of my resellers to be able to quickly and accurately qualify sales.

I love the fact that you can see the distance between fiber and the actual address. It makes it seem very user friendly.

There is nothing that I dislike about this software.

I am not seeing any problems at this time.

ConnectBase continue to listen to the users to develop the next generation products and services around location data.  They continue to be on the leading edge on how to use location data accurately within the needs of the industry.

**What do you dislike about Connectbase?**

Overall ConnectBase is great to work with.  However, since they are on the bleeding edge of some of the location data applications fixes are needed from time to time but they are completed quickly.

ConnectBase continues to help us solve for our off-net buying and insuring we are getting the best rates available

I love the one on one attention we get from our acct rep and the fact that so many more carriers are moving in the direction of using Connectbase

**What do you dislike about Connectbase?**

The format the quotes are returned in.  It's too bulky, should be more condensed and in a cleaner, clearer format.

**What problems is Connectbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Connectbase seems to be continually improving their portal and adding more carriers all the time.  The portal and quote return format has improved.

It offers various business solutions for managing process like HR, Attendance,Payroll, time. It provides tools for employee self-service, reporting and analytics.

It is a subscription-based service. The price is not publicly available we need to contacf them durectly. It offers various tools so it take some time to get used to the interface and workflow.

It solves business needs such as HR, payroll, and compliance, all in one platform. It's a best solution of a particular business which depend on their specific needs and requirements.

Connectbase is essential, as it enhances the buying & selling process by making it simple for customers & vendors to find each other!

**What do you dislike about Connectbase?**

Like any software, it's a 'trash-in/trash-out' system, so it's only as good as the information it has been given by the various companies it works with. This isn't Connectbase's fault of course... although it does allow for inaccurate results.

Connectbase helps more Wholesale customers find us more quickly, which can remove the hardest part of selling!

Using Connectbase allows me to find available network providers much more efficiently than before.  It cuts my research time in half.

I  wish there was an easier way to sort and filter through providers for any given location.

Connectbase solves the issue of organizing available network providers for prospective businesses.  For myself, it has allowed me to organize info effieciently.

What is the best part about connect base is the data you can receive about your Network .To be able to answer my customers immediately as to whether or not a site is serviceable is fantastic

The least helpful thing about connect base is the back function. So when you do a deep dive into an address you simply can't go back but rather have to reenter the address

**What problems is Connectbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem of Annette near net buildings is what I use connect base the most for. The tool is easy to use and gives you quick and accurate information with regards to the bids I am responding to

CB makes a difficult job, easier. I have done type 2 sourcing since 2005 and CB is the best solution I've found.

**What do you dislike about Connectbase?**

The amount of fiber and building data needed to completely cover the country is enormous and I still find that I need to use my legacy tools to find all of the possible vendors. I would like an easier way to let CB know where they have missing data.

Great concept that fills a need, consistent meetings with Account Rep, API availability, taking Cox ideas into consideration i.e. unique address identifier, tier pricing, and large amount of serviceability data and pricing.

**What do you dislike about Connectbase?**

High turnover in Account Reps, lack of notification of tool outage, lack of urgency and poor communication on request changes, updates and API status.

**What problems is Connectbase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Access to serviceability data and pricing without having to utilize multiple tools or maintain rate card and lit building lists.
