The Connectbase services facilitates GDS to automate our circuit quoting process. With Connectbase, we have a nearly single pane of glass to view all relevant vendor availability. Some users have said that the loading speed can be slow at times, which can affect productivity and user experience. Ease of use. The content within the tool is useful for both buyers and sellers, and also sparks conversations for new opportunities when mentioning "we are a current user of ConnectBase and most of our customers our as well." You have done a great job getting a large group of my peers into your ecosystem which makes my job easier as I have many of the people I talk to all in the same place. Your system is still wonky. I have flat files sent to Windstream who is not a Connect Base user and they consistently find errors from file to file. I am almost tempted to have them taken off the list. But this last trouble ticket I noticed that a steady stream of communication went back and forth trying to fix the issue.
