What do you like best about Connectbase?

What I like best is it's function as a single, authoritative pane of glass for network availability and pricing. For our sales and quoting teams, Connectbase eliminates the multi-day, manual process of checking spreadsheets or logging into dozens of carrier portals to determine if a building is on-set or near-net. What do you dislike about Connectbase?

The main area for improvement lies in the API completeness for quoting. While the platform successfully identities availability, getting real-time automated broadband quotes from apl carriers to work seamlessly via API integration can be difficult and inconsistent. Connectbase is a great platform and help in simplifying the whole process of find and evaluating network providers. Connectbase provides instant access to detailed, location based data, which is making it easy to check that who's on internet, near net and available in specific areas. What do you like best about Connectbase?

Connectbase provides a visual depiction of our fiber network, as well as identifying on-net and near-net buildings.

Connectbase has the formats for loading our on-net and near-net buildings into other companies databases.

Does not provide a "street-view" like Google Earth does.

What do you like best about Connectbase?

The Connectbase services facilitates GDS to automate our circuit quoting process. With Connectbase, we have a nearly single pane of glass to view all relevant vendor availability. Not all providers provide KMZ files.

The maps and UI feel outdated.

Ease of use. The content within the tool is useful for both buyers and sellers, and also sparks conversations for new opportunities when mentioning "we are a current user of ConnectBase and most of our customers our as well." What do you like best about Connectbase?

You have done a great job getting a large group of my peers into your ecosystem which makes my job easier as I have many of the people I talk to all in the same place. I like it that you take care of our onnet building list as that fell on me before we became users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Connectbase?

Your system is still wonky. I have flat files sent to Windstream who is not a Connect Base user and they consistently find errors from file to file. I am almost tempted to have them taken off the list. But this last trouble ticket I noticed that a steady stream of communication went back and forth trying to fix the issue.
