AWS connect includes multiple features. From my view, voice support and automated calling with real time analysis.

**What do you dislike about Connect(AWS Partner)?**

Overall connect managed service is useful and nothing that can be considered as cons. Its easy to setup interface makes it easy for non technical peoples as well

**Recommendations to others considering Connect(AWS Partner):**

AWS connect could be a good replacement for several features of Salesforce. AWS connect can enhance rhe the customer experience in the business.
