## About Concord
Concord delivers contract management for the 90% of agreements that don't need legal complexity. Founded in 2014, the company serves 1,500+ SMB and mid-market organizations (50-1,000 employees) across North America and Europe from offices in Austin and Paris. The platform combines contract creation, real-time collaboration, e-signature, and AI-powered review in a single workflow. Business users draft from templates, negotiate in-browser (no more Word attachments), and get AI review in 23 seconds instead of waiting days for legal. Post-signature, automated alerts handle renewals and obligations. Integration with Salesforce, HubSpot, and accounting systems eliminates double-entry. Concord addresses a simple reality: most contracts are routine business transactions that shouldn't require legal intervention. By enabling sales, procurement, and operations teams to self-serve standard agreements, customers reduce contract cycles by 75% on average. Setup takes days, not months. Training takes hours, not weeks. ROI is measured in weeks, not years. Languages Supported: All Concord is deliberately built for SMB/mid-market reality, not enterprise fantasy. While competitors chase Fortune 500 complexity, Concord removes features that slow businesses down. Result: a platform any business user can master in an afternoon. No consultants. No certifications. No 6-figure implementations. Just contract management that works like modern software should - simple, fast, and focused on business outcomes, not legal process. When 65% of our customers have no legal team, that simplicity isn't nice-to-have - it's survival.

## Concord Reviews
 ### 1. one-stop shop for the entire contracts lifecycle

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hannah L. | Junior In-House Counsel, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 02, 2024

**What do you like best about Concord?**

I think of Concord as Google docs, Microsoft Word, DocuSign, and a File explorer, all in one. You can track changes in real-time during the negotiation stage, comment and create discussions for third parties and colleagues to review, sign electronically (while staying compliant), and search a database of all of your contracts records.

**What do you dislike about Concord?**

There are several bugs, some of which make it difficult to make use of the system daily. However, the customer care team is very receptive to feedback.

**What problems is Concord solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Concord is working to integrate AI, keeping up with similar products. I believe they are also working to fix formatting and reporting issues.

 ### 2. Good and Cost-Effective Data Management System for Small Businesses

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tahir A. | Founder and CEO, E-Learning, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 22, 2023

**What do you like best about Concord?**

Concord stands out for its affordability and lack of restrictions on the number of documents for signatures. The process of uploading files and adding signature boxes is uncomplicated, and the interface is user-friendly.

We daily use Comcord for closing various sales and collaboration deals and I feel happy to say it is worth for money.

**What do you dislike about Concord?**

The Concord support team exhibits delays, sometimes exceeding a week in response to queries. Moreover, there is a noticeable absence of video tutorials for guidance on platform usage. Improvements in support response times and the provision of instructional videos could enhance the user experience.

**What problems is Concord solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Concord has addressed all my digital signature needs seamlessly in all kinds of deals with clients, proving to be beneficial for my business.

 ### 3. Not production ready. Many critical bugs

**Rating:** 1.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yurij M. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2023

**What do you like best about Concord?**

Basic UX is OK. It has a good potential to be a good contract management system. I like that document editing is very flexible and you can add as much text as you'd like. Smart fields are good.

**What do you dislike about Concord?**

I have been utilizing the premium version of Concord for over a year, during which I have signed numerous documents. My advice based on this experience: I would recommend considering other options.

The software is riddled with glitches. For instance, when sharing a contract with a client, there's a chance that your colleague's email might appear as the client's email. The support team might suggest that this could be due to your colleague forwarding their invitation, which in my case, was not true.

Moreover, if you operate two companies and share a contract, you might encounter a malfunction in the sharing feature, resulting in your contract being visible to your other company.

Another limitation is that you cannot create a new Statement of Work (SOW) from a previously signed one, as signed documents are protected from copying. The workaround involves manually selecting all, copying, and pasting into a new document, which is far from efficient.

When reporting these issues, you're likely to be asked to "book a call if the issue persists," which can be frustrating. Additionally, the software's update cycle is slow, with almost no new features introduced over the past year.

As someone who runs a design agency and has extensive knowledge in product management, I believe these issues reflect a flawed management style within the company, casting doubts on its future prospects.

In light of these experiences, I am considering switching to alternative tools.

**What problems is Concord solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing dozens of MSA, SOW, NDA and other contracts withc agyncy clients and subcontractors. I use it for two of my companies.

 ### 4. User friendly !

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lilly D. | Employee, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 03, 2023

**What do you like best about Concord?**

The customer service is unmatched! You can book appointments with your account manager within 24 hours using a simple feature in their signature, and they always solve or answer questions quickly. I also love the signature configuration feature. With that, there is no way someone signed in the wrong spot!

**What do you dislike about Concord?**

Not all of their features are at their best, but they are constantly improving. For example, the fact that you can't hyperlink anything in the contracts adds significant work on our end.

**What problems is Concord solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The formatting issues have been solved over the years and saved us a lot of time as we were constantly testing and getting formatting errors here and there before. The only thing that still isn't 100% is the numbering feature.

 ### 5. Great electronic signature software for small business

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matthew W. | Attorney, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 17, 2023

**What do you like best about Concord?**

Concord offers unlimited electronic signature requests, so I don't have to worry about limits. It's easy to use, and I have never had a problem where a client doesn't understand where to sign. It's also cheaper than the competition.

**What do you dislike about Concord?**

I can't think of anything I dislike. I'm very pleased with the software. The interface might be a little confusing the first few times you use it, but it's quite simple after that.

**What problems is Concord solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Concord allows me to request unlimited numbers of documents for signature from clients via email. I couldn't do my job otherwise since the signatures are a requirement.

 ### 6. Yes to Concord

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Insurance | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 14, 2022

**What do you like best about Concord?**

Implementation was easy with our Client Success Manager and the Technical Team assisting us. Our Client Success Manager is helpful and responsive when we have questions.
There was no third-party implementation team to add to our communications and cost. The user controls are easy to use, and the interface is clean and straightforward.
I love that many of our contracts are now being returned in 1-2 days when it used to take weeks!

**What do you dislike about Concord?**

Concord does not have an internal spell-check, and documents can only be sent to external signers one at a time. I hope the developers can add these features in the future!

**What problems is Concord solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our organization now receives notifications when contracts are about to expire, so we don't have to keep track of that manually or search through contracts to get that information. The best part is that it's so quick and easy to search for and find documents with just a few clicks using the Search, Filter, and Tags tools.

 ### 7. Fantastic, easy to use contracts database

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Thomas A. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 07, 2023

**What do you like best about Concord?**

Concord is a fantastic solution for small businesses looking to maintain and manage a contracts database. The software is easy to use and it's very powerful for the legal team to create templates and allow the business to draft contracts or other legal documents quickly and easily - with the confidence that standard terms cannot be changed. The support and customer management team are always quick to respond and happy to jelp.

**What do you dislike about Concord?**

While Concord has a high level of customisation in some cases (e.g., smart fields, custom tags, etc.) some of the functionality could be more customisable - such as if a date appears on the signing fields. However, the Concord team are always receptive to feedback.

**What problems is Concord solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Contract Management including Contract Database across all elements of the business.

 ### 8. Force multiplier in my small business' contract lifecycle management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Research | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 15, 2022

**What do you like best about Concord?**

I love that creating new contracts and processing them through execution is SO much easier and faster, because templates and signature management is all streamlined now.

**What do you dislike about Concord?**

It's not very intuitive yet, and the graphic user interface isn't super well developed yet. But, I've gotten used to the layouts, and I've played in the system and figured a LOT out by myself and am learning fast with the help of the EXCELLENT customer support.

**What problems is Concord solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am Chief of Staff for my company, so I handle all our Contracts, Finance and Accounting, Business Development, Proposal Management and Writing, HR, etc. I was previously keeping track of our contracts using Excel spreadsheets, but it was so complicated, and since I wasn't working in contracts on a daily basis, it was almost impossible to keep track of the status of all our necessary contracts. Concord has saved me by providing an organizational system that makes it easy to create, process, store, and replicate our contracts.

 ### 9. Great Program For Managing Contracts

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 18, 2023

**What do you like best about Concord?**

The upsides of using Concord are collaborating on managing the process of approval stages with contracts for new customers and renewals for our business. The program is really helpful for our team as we can create templates we regularly use and easily search documents we need to review.

**What do you dislike about Concord?**

The main dislike is more of a feature request related to maintaining the proper formatting when uploading Word documents. Sometimes they upload, and the formatting is funky.

**What problems is Concord solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The program helps us manage the process of approvals, bringing in all the stakeholders who need to be aware and/or approve certain aspects of the contracts, and makes the process more efficient.

 ### 10. Excellent and simple programme

**Reviewed by:** Tom M. | Director of Operations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 11, 2023

**What do you like best about Concord?**

Ease of use and simple interface. The product is also competitively priced and has made significant changes in the way we manage staff contracts. Multi user and security are good.

**What do you dislike about Concord?**

Sometimes it is harder to locacte contracts if issued by another user and put into another folder. This issue is minor however, the rest is easy to use.

**What problems is Concord solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Contract storage and administration

**Reviewed by:** aoleon m. | paralegal, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 11, 2022

**What do you like best about Concord?**

The ease of the program, and the responsiveness of the team who, always provide quick responses to any questions or queries I may have. The program has been a big support to our organisation.

**What do you dislike about Concord?**

Unable to go back on my work sometimes, it often requires for the whole process to be restarted before a change can be made. This is for example with the signature process where once signature has been requested, I have been unable to go back in order to add another signee without having to start the whole process again.

**What problems is Concord solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Currently have no problems which are beeing solved by concord that I am aware of.

 ### 12. Great product!

**What do you like best about Concord?**

Concord is a fantastic tool to: create templates, send documents out for signature, organize executed documents, and manage contract expirations. The platform is user-friendly and the customer service is excellent.

**What do you dislike about Concord?**

When a contract is amended, you can link the document to the original document; however, Concord does not automatically update the new expiration date. This has to be done manually.

**What problems is Concord solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Concord has helped our organization organize and share all of our executed contracts. Sharing can be done by simply sharing a link or downloaded the document and sending via email.

 ### 25. Concord and Salesforce integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rafael R. | Senior Salesforce Consultant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 25, 2021

**What do you like best about Concord?**

The redline and comments are the best features because we speed up our process by avoiding emails. Also, the email alerts let our team know when some changes or comments happened in the document. Lastly, the template makes our day-to-day easy because we save time always using the same template, and via Salesforce integration, we guarantee that the correct information is added to the document.

**What do you dislike about Concord?**

Some documents more than two clients must sign and add information pertained to each role. Concord does not allow me to tell the system which each external guest must fill out the information. It would be nice if this feature were implemented for a complex contract setting type where we need to collect information in the cont

**What problems is Concord solving and how is that benefiting you?**

80% of our contact require some adjustments - redlines - which consumed many emails exchanged, and it was hard to keep track of the process, which implicated in a long process until the contract was signed. Concord provides relines capability, comments in the contract, and email alerts when someone leaves a comment/question. We improved a lot our internal process.

 ### 26. Concord is a great product for contract management.

 ### 28. The best way to manage digital signature and contract

**What do you dislike about Concord?**

The only part that should be improved is document management.

 ### 29. Contract Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Catherine G. | Team Leader, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 27, 2022

**What do you like best about Concord?**

Easy to use and efficient and time managed

**What do you dislike about Concord?**

When locked out hard to get access because you have to locate the person

**What problems is Concord solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I don't know

 ### 30. Most comprehensive contract lifecycle management software

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Morgan H. | Contract & Legal Affairs Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 19, 2021

**What do you like best about Concord?**

I wanted to find technology that saved time and complied with local regulations. Security was also a consideration because each partnership contract includes confidential terms, conditions, and pricing information.
Concord came out ahead when compared with the competition since it is easy to use, automatically provides an audit trail.
There are deadline alerts that ensure you are managing contract performance (termination clause, etc..).
Concord provides unlimited storage for all customers. It means that we can sent a contract per year to on partner and he will use Concord for free and sign the contract!
Then, we know that contract negotiation process is inherently collaborative, and focus on providing all the features necessary to effectively negotiate contracts.

**What do you dislike about Concord?**

It isn't very easy to answer this question as they have a very good customer service when a problem comes out.
They are always doing new updates. They ask for client's feedbacks to improve their services.

The only thing I wanted them to add is to meet perfectly the requirement of UE Regulations regarding the validity of the e-signature.

**What problems is Concord solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They solved the problem of internal approvals, and it's perfect!

I saw the benefit of 3 main features that Concord offers including:
-	Reminder alerts automatically sent until customers sign contracts and changes are easily trackable
-	Proof of contract compliance in case of an audit
-	The ability to create multiple contracts at once

 ### 31. Day-to-day tasks made easy with Concord

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Maritime | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 28, 2021

**What do you like best about Concord?**

First, I love the real-time editing feature of Concord. It made collaboration with everyone (team, external parties) very easy.
Second, Concord also has this automatic notification feature wherein you can set an alert for upcoming renewals and/or due dates. You will never miss a deadline because of this.
Third, there is also no need for back and forth emails since you can discuss any questions or comments in Concord itself.
Fourth, you can create a template and customise it per your need.
Fifth, I am over the moon because we have unlimited e-signatures. This definitely help minimise scanning, printing and sending back and forth documents to Parties

**What do you dislike about Concord?**

I think editing documents inside the platform is a bit challenging. The formatting (font, rulers, paragraph) is not easy to manage. You may want to do your editing outside the platform.

**What problems is Concord solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Concord, you have a sense of security that all the contracts you are managing are safely stored in one place and can be accessed only by authorised parties. In addition, the E-signature feature is a huge help since we are mostly working from the confines of our own home because of the COVID situation.

 ### 32. Meets your exact needs.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christopher A. | Talent Acquisition Lead, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 20, 2021

**What do you like best about Concord?**

The customization available for each contract template we have is fantastic. Adding fields to our contracts and then selecting who has permission to edit makes the contract process much clearer for both the sender and the receiver. This function is beneficial when we have a database of 54 different templates that are each very specialized. We have sent contracts out to thousands of freelancers that work for our company and they are all organized and easy to find.

**What do you dislike about Concord?**

Concord could improve its platform by making the resend invitation function better for all contracts. Once the recipient views it at a glance, the ability to resend is gone. If there are ongoing contract talks that need adjustments over time, this requires our company to remove permissions for the recipient and add them again to receive the invitation again.

**Recommendations to others considering Concord:**

None; it's very straightforward!

**What problems is Concord solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can store all my signed contracts in the database and easily refer back to them at any time. Additionally, my colleagues and I can view our contracts across multiple networks. Since we all share templates, when someone on my team makes adjustments, they are applied for all of us.

 ### 33. Works nicely for our company

**What do you like best about Concord?**

I like the ability to set a signature order when going to multiple parties, and the general ease with which people can sign digitally. I also like the notifications you get when signing has taken place so you don't have to check on the website all the time. They also have a team that seems to be really committed to improving the site as they seek feedback from users.

**What do you dislike about Concord?**

The site design is not completely intuitive, especially if you're a new or infrequent user. For me this is two primary things: (1) There's a lot on every screen and your eyes don't know where they should be looking at all times. For example, adding and circulating a contract is somewhat of a linear process but it doesn't guide you through it like that. Instead, there's a sidebar on the right with various tabs that just don't make sense to me (2) Way too much reliance on reading everything when much of it could be converted to graphics/icons that imply the function, then simply hover over to confirm what it is if needed...similar to how we scan our smartphones for what we want--we look for images, not words. Two other things that could be improved (1) Once you've saved a bunch of contracts it starts to look kind of randomly cluttered and I'd like a way to micro-organize more. It may be a feature but our employer either didn't show us or didn't turn it on (2) When sending a contract to outside parties, you almost always have to give them a heads up it's coming so it doesn't get rejected/lost. It would be nice if you could make it appear like it's coming from the sender's email box, and/or make it painfully obvious it's coming from us (e.g., SUBJECT: So-and-so from XYZ Company is requesting your signature).

**What problems is Concord solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Simply put, reducing the amount of effort required to gain signatures, and having all the contracts in a centralized location rather than scattered through different peoples' personal folders.

 ### 34. An easy to use CLM with a native e-signature feature at a reasonable price.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 19, 2021

**What do you like best about Concord?**

I love the simple, modern, intuitive user interface. It's easy to use, includes a native e-signature feature, and at a reasonable price with a responsive and professional help desk. It's made a vast improvement in organizing and streamlining all our contracts and has been well received by our staff.

**What do you dislike about Concord?**

Like all software, it's not perfect. The biggest challenge for me is the formatting issues when converting documents into Concord or even inside Concord. I've spent hours fixing templates. Once they are completed then things run pretty smoothly, but this setup can be frustrating and time-consuming. Although it's a relatively minor thing, Also, I don't like how they handle the "request signature" emails. It's a simple link to have the system send an email to a signatory, and great that it can be automated to send after a previous signature is completed, but the subject line says "Invitation to join" which is confusing since an external signatory does not need to join anything to review and sign the document. There is a way to send customized messages when sharing a document, but not for the "request signature" emails. I also appreciate that the completed Smart Fields automatically show up in the Summary section, but currently, none of the other fields do, so we have to add those manually. Again, other than the formatting issues, it's mostly just small things.

 ### 35. Contract lifecycle management that you can configure to your needs

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dan K. | Director of Finance, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 31, 2021

**What do you like best about Concord?**

Concord allows for seamless routing to internal parties with a need to review, sign off. This allows for a much more collaborative experience than we had experienced before. Of particular benefit is being able to give permissions to certain fields to certain collaborators. Unlimited storage is helpful and the ability to track and get alerts for upcoming deadlines and expirations is a big bonus.

**What do you dislike about Concord?**

Nothing in particular comes to mind. It's been a great addition.

**What problems is Concord solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to know what's coming along in terms of documents for renewal or expiration has been great. The collaborative ability of the software also makes our process much smoother.

 ### 36. Concord Review

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Concord?**

Concord as a system to negotiate your contacts is quite superior. a centralized location to dance with your contracting party and invite others to comment as well. Internal and external comments allow a honest discussion of terms. A clause library allows options with approval to keep the discussions moving. Workflows and now conditional workflows afford the confidence that the right approvals and reviews occur.

 ### 37. Great Contract Management System

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Environmental Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 20, 2021

**What do you like best about Concord?**

- Concord made us go from a paperwork system to an all-digital filing of our contracts;
- Concord tracks for us the validity of our contracts;
- Concord enables us to build team capacity and have other members of the team collaborate with legal easily on contracts;
- Concord makes digital signatures safe and valid;

**What do you dislike about Concord?**

- The Concord system is still developing, so some functionalities are not "there yet"
- There is no streamlined way to train other team members on how to use the system, we are developing our own training videos
- Recently, Concord changed its operating system from tags for access to folders for access, and we had to make the switch manually, changing hundreds of contracts manually.... the Concord team didn't have a tool ready to accompany this change... this is quite costly in terms of resources it required from us.

**What problems is Concord solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Sending contracts in bulk, instead of having to send similar contracts manually;
- being able to report on contracts and in general on the turnover and activity of our legal team;
- being able to collaborate with external parties easily and stop ping pong emails with word versions numbering!

**What do you like best about Concord?**

I can’t imagine life without Concord. We compared several contract management platforms and Concord was the choice. Quickly creating templates for future use
The helpdesk is responsive, polite, and helpful

**What do you dislike about Concord?**

It can be a bit clunky at times
Challenging to complete the signature process as occasionally individuals are invited to the document, assigned as signatory, and receive an error message that they don't have sufficient rights to sign the document. This requires back and forth with the helpdesk team. I'm still yet to understand what the recurring problem is?

**What problems is Concord solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Great to store templates in one place and update them easily
