What do you like best about Compport Compensation Management?

The tool is very flexible in getting the functionality we want for different countries and different processes. We didn't have to change any of our processes to use the tool. What problems is Compport Compensation Management solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have cut down use of excels and sending of salary info back and forth on emails. We have a common place where all salary data is stored and is a historical repository ... we are able to do a lot of analytics on how the budgets are being used in different cuts all on the tool. The biggest benefit culturally we have been able to get with this tool is to make managers accountable for their teams and make wise use of the available budgets Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
