I cannot say enough about the customer service the CompLogix team has provided to me and my organization. The team is incredibly responsive - especially when they know we are launching the tool for use by our internal clients. They respond to calls and emails before and after hours and have worked over the weekend to implement last-minute changes and ensure our launches are successful. Recently we had an urgent last minute ask from our leadership to push out a living wage adjustment for over 10,000 teammates. Our partners at CompLogix jumped on a call with us and worked quickly to make this happen FAST. It was a seamless process for our leaders thanks (and made our department look like superstars to our leadership because of what we were able to deliver so quickly!). When we first started using CompLogix we thought the tool was amazing, but the upgrades and enhancements they have made have been incredible - particularly with regards to our ability to add users, update information in real-time, and in the appearance of the interface in general. Historically, we used spreadsheets to complete our incentive and market/merit process and this tool has made such a significant difference in both the quality of our final data and in the amount of stress/time we have to spend manipulating data manually in excel on the backend. The tool is user-friendly and the CompLogix team is continually making enhancements to improve the product. They have also been wonderful about taking our suggestions and requests and putting them into practice and are willing to customize things for us when they are able. We are working on an update to our annual increase process to give managers more flexibility. The team has been so thoughtful in their work with us - providing us with a demo test environment we have been able to pilot with leaders and also by providing us with feedback on successes and challenges they have experienced with other clients working on a similar project. We use the tool for a number of our HR projects to provide direct information to employees or supervisors in our very large (25,000+ employee) organization. Specifically we have used the tool for our organizational incentive, market/merit, total compensation statements, and a number of special salary-increase related projects (things like large scale living wage and equity adjustments) that have come up suddenly (and the team is always able and willing to help us out with quick implementations!) We continue to be very satisfied with the CompLogix system and the value it provides our organization. Each year, their team is responsive, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful in setting up our programs, making the process smooth and efficient. The system is intuitive and easy for our end users to navigate, which has contributed to a positive experience for both our administrators and participants. One area that would further enhance the system would be easier access to year-over-year data for reporting and trend analysis (for example keeping the previous year dataset available in the tool). CompLogix solved our problem of not having a system to plan year-end compensation for 1,000 employees. The Compensation planners were delighted this year since they no longer needed to plan in a spreadsheet. The system also reduces our risk of emailing sensitive information to the wrong person/people. I appreciate the user-friendly interface for those who are using Complogix - both administrators and daily users. The software is also intuitive and easy to figure out. For example, when I want to expand or collapse a certain section of the screen, the animations make the software feel a little slow. Not a too big of deal though. In our organization, no two merit cycles look exactly the same, necessitating a compensation solution that is both adaptable and responsive to our evolving needs. CompLogix has proven to be a great solution for our organization, offering flexibility to accommodate our dynamic merit cycles. Its user-friendly interface allows employees across all levels of the organization to easily navigate the system with minimal instruction. The CompLogix team provides outstanding customer support, demonstrating a deep understanding of our business needs and delivering quick and effective solutions. Recently, we expanded our use of CompLogix to include bonus administration, resulting in notable efficiency gains for our team. Even though we only use the tool a handful of times throughout the year, its intuitive structure allows us to pick up right where we left off without any difficulty. One valuable addition to the tool would be allowing supervisors to "release" compensation letters after having conversations with their associates, providing more flexibility in the timing of communications. While we successfully leverage the self-retrieval functionality for one application, we have yet to implement it across all applications due to timing of merit conversations. Additionally, we've received feedback that users managing larger teams can struggle to view all associates easily. The ability to extend the number of lines displayed per page could help to improve that visibility and efficiency for these users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is CompLogix solving and how is that benefiting you? Prior to CompLogix, we managed everything manually, which was time-consuming and cumbersome for our team. Now, the most manual parts of the merit cycle and done with ease. With the merit tool, we are able to easily set up permissions and hierarchies, ensuring that the right people can plan for their teams with minimal effort on our part. This has signficantly improved efficiency and reduced the administrative burden on our compensation team. Additionally, CompLogix enables us to create custom reports and tailored fields, allowing us to accurately categorize and track spend across the organization.
