What do you like best about CompLogix?

In our organization, no two merit cycles look exactly the same, necessitating a compensation solution that is both adaptable and responsive to our evolving needs. CompLogix has proven to be a great solution for our organization, offering flexibility to accommodate our dynamic merit cycles. Its user-friendly interface allows employees across all levels of the organization to easily navigate the system with minimal instruction. The CompLogix team provides outstanding customer support, demonstrating a deep understanding of our business needs and delivering quick and effective solutions. Recently, we expanded our use of CompLogix to include bonus administration, resulting in notable efficiency gains for our team. Even though we only use the tool a handful of times throughout the year, its intuitive structure allows us to pick up right where we left off without any difficulty. What do you dislike about CompLogix?

One valuable addition to the tool would be allowing supervisors to "release" compensation letters after having conversations with their associates, providing more flexibility in the timing of communications. While we successfully leverage the self-retrieval functionality for one application, we have yet to implement it across all applications due to timing of merit conversations. Additionally, we've received feedback that users managing larger teams can struggle to view all associates easily. The ability to extend the number of lines displayed per page could help to improve that visibility and efficiency for these users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
