What I like best about ComplianceQuest QMS is how well it supports training management and change control in one place. It is easy to navigate, works smoothly, and makes managing documents and training much more organized. The support team has also been very responsive and helpful whenever questions come up. One downside is that some parts of the system can feel a bit less intuitive when working through more detailed tasks or specific workflows. I like most about CQ is how seamlessly it integrates with Salesforce and leverages the native platform capabilities. Since it is built directly on Salesforce, it allows us to use existing features such as workflows, flows, reporting and role-based security without needing separate systems for complaint management. The main challenge is that, as a managed package, certain components and underlying logic are locked. While this helps mantain system stability and ensures consistent upgrades from the vendor, it can limit the level of customization that can be done directly within the package. CQ covers all the regulatory requirements that our organization follows. All aspects of our QMS, however, I have found that validation of the implementation is not representative of the actual production environment. At least in our particular case. Noticeable latency with processing speeds when performing actions. Certain modules will suggest "Next Best Actions" that are not really the next best action. A more intuitive process flow would be suggested. he production environment does not always mirror the sandbox environment when used for training whitch cause confusion for team members.
