We found CQ to be highly configurable to meet our unique business needs, but also challenged us to change they way that we do things to provide efficiencies and stay within the software. The dedication and support was excellent from the start and before we had even selected them, and remains consistent. We have few issues, and the issue we have had are resolved in little time. The only thing keeping me from 5 stars is the new lightning experience (not required), looks pretty, but has been both a challenge to learn and use. CQ offers a complete quality management solution, allowing us to perform essentially all of our quality functions through it. The system is highly configurable, allowing us to customize the modules, and organize our documents based on different categories. It is relatively easy to use, and anytime we run into issues the technical service team is always there to help us. We have been using CQ for more than two years, and have seen continuous improvements in the system. The recently launched version 9.2 included many useful features including supplier management and risk modules, and Next Best Action feature. Occasionally we run into capacity limits, such as not being to able to upload large-size documents, or not being able to assign additional job function training requirements, but I think this is more a Salesforce issue than CQ. The integrations between modules: Complaints and Audits -\> CAPA, Risks -\> Change Order and CAPA. Controlled Documents can be presented in other modules ready for access by the user. Very flexible in terms of user permissions, record visibility. The new Risk module is logical, mostly intuitive and more user friendly because of the use of colours. It's a little rough around the edges. e.g. The current 'hovering' between Salesforce Classic and Lightning UIs is unfortunate and makes the User experience inconsistent. Having migrated from a 20 year old e-QMS, we have greatly enhanced visibility of QMS activities and thus have improved the management and the efficiency of the RAQA dept. There's plenty of available training videos, that are easy to use Mobile features are easy to use and powerful Software is easy to update/make changes when needed The reports and dashboards are very intuitive This is a big step up from the paper-based system we were using before. The only downside to setting up the software is having to iteratively make changes based on not being sure exactly how the software will look and function from the start. ComplianceQuest offers a wide range of modules, that are linked to each other. This is a huge benefit. CQ powered by Lightning offers a nice UI, and possibilities to improve the system further. Standard Salesforce functionality such as Chatter helps QA staff to communicate easily with other staff. The CQ support team is very helpful and continuously improving the system. The system is not always that intuitive, which is a big disadvantage given most of our users to not use the system on a frequent basis. PM, devs, testing. Ease of installation in our sales force domain. Because it is a salesforce application, it easily integrates within our environment. What problems is ComplianceQuest QMS solving and how is that benefiting you? Safety audits and tracking. We are required to audit our safety procedures and practices. CQ was used for this purpose. Installation and setup in our Salesforce instance went without issue and the team is now successfully completing and tracking our safety standards. Integration with other EHS applications was easy to setup and maintain due to utilizing standard salesforce objects. Benefits include a seamless approach to safety audits. I don't like that and we have to manually refresh the cache when new items are added, so they show up in the on the visual force pages. We are an FDA regulated company, and we have been working in an legacy system for a lot of our quality management items. We are already using Salesforce for the majority of our company, so being in the same place will make it easier for the users to use.
