The system is highly configurable, allowing us to customize the modules, and organize our documents based on different categories. It is relatively easy to use, and anytime we run into issues the technical service team is always there to help us. We have been using CQ for more than two years, and have seen continuous improvements in the system. The recently launched version 9.2 included many useful features including supplier management and risk modules, and Next Best Action feature. CQ technical service made the upgrade relatively seamless by providing the validation scripts and training materials. **What do you dislike about ComplianceQuest QMS?** Occasionally we run into capacity limits, such as not being to able to upload large-size documents, or not being able to assign additional job function training requirements, but I think this is more a Salesforce issue than CQ. **Recommendations to others considering ComplianceQuest QMS:** CQ offers a complete quality management solution, unlike others that offers modules separately. **What problems is ComplianceQuest QMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** CQ facilitates collaboration among the users, whether we are working on documents, or dealing with quality issues. The new Risk module is logical, mostly intuitive and more user friendly because of the use of colours. Take your time to implement and do it right the first time.
