What do you like best about Commusoft?

We find Commusoft an excellent piece of software for managing our plumbing and heating engineers. It is amazing how much more efficient we became. Our business has grown using Commusoft. Support are great, they follow any problems through until the end. We would highly recommend. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Commusoft?

A lot of the extra features are only available on the higher packages, which are charged at more money per user. When we have many users, this is a lot of money to add to the monthly bill. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Commusoft?

Very easy to schedule engineers jobs and keep track of works that have been done. Customer managment is simple and we use it to manage all works daily.

What do you dislike about Commusoft?

Can be a little complicated to deal with invoicing particularly as we use Xero to do our accounting but mainly when adjustsments are needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Commusoft?

We like the user-friendly system that allows us to easily schedule jobs. It allows our engineers to have the app on the mobile devices. This shows them their diaries and allows them to fill out job reports. Our office staff are then able to keep track of our jobs and send out job reports and invoices to our clients.

Customer support is easy to reach and very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Commusoft?

We get storage issues from time to time. This means that we have to go into old jobs and individually delete old pictures and videos. There is no option to Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
