  ### 1. Too Much Setup

**What do you like best about CommunityOS?**

The layout and public facing side is nice and easy to use.

**What do you dislike about CommunityOS?**

The setup. Very little is ready "out of the box." Completely non-intuitive and does not do hardly any of the things that other information and referral software do. There is an incredible amount of setup that should be done and come with the system. Non-intuitive setup interface. Functions that are typically common are not available in COS. Common forms and functions that are in other users' systems are not made available for the general user base - each user must reinvent the wheel.

And, I know the company will say that all the setup is necessary for each user to customize it for their every need, but there are so many things that could be available without having to set it up (including features in other software), that I don't buy that excuse. 

**Recommendations to others considering CommunityOS:**

Run. Too much work, too expensive, too many features are not available. 

**What problems is CommunityOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trying to offer referrals to community members. So far, no benefits.

**What do you like best about CommunityOS?**

I liked that it was very user friendly and simple to make changes to the information in the system. 

**What do you dislike about CommunityOS?**

I dislike that other systems could not be integrated to work better with one another.

**Recommendations to others considering CommunityOS:**

It's a good starter system especially considering the ease of use.

**What problems is CommunityOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The benefit was the ease of use by the user, but this benefit was outweighed by the lack of ability to integrate systems.
