Sentiment analysis is very critical and accurate feedback analysis are the most beneficial for organization in order to improve products according to customer needs. Comments analysis provide insights analysis of customer Sentiment by analysis their Comments mentioned on different sources. Further, navigate and interpretation the statistics is a smooth experience because of the user friendly interfaces and efficient process.

Since i am using this platform i did not observed any dislike yet. It's true beneficial.

**What problems is Comments Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It was difficult to us to conduct surveys from customers physically or in-person. But after using this platform we are getting know customer Sentiments, their views about our products, their dissatisfaction (if any)  for our decision making purposes where we may improve the overall efficiency of our products.

Detection of repeated or two faced opinions can be added to filter out non trust worthy inputs

Being in food based industry getting customers opinion on products was very critical and Comments Analysis does a good job to better know our customer. Decrypting meaning is very important task which comment analysis does a better job than GCP services we have used previously.
