• Collabor8online is a project extranet that helps colleagues, teams, and individuals work together effectively and efficiently. • When I sign in using my own email address and a unique password, it gives me access to the projects and folders that I have permission to view. I've used an explorer-style interface that just about every computer user is familiar with. • I can create folders within folders just like I can on my PC and Mac, and into those folders, I can place just about anything I like. I can create folders with just one click. • I have complete control over security; I can decide who can view, edit, or delete any of the content. • My home page view shows me upcoming projects, events, and due dates. I can hover over an item for more information if I have the right permissions. • I can adjust the schedule right here on my desktop. • I can adjust the date or duration of any particular task.
