"Intuitive Legal Front Door with Smooth Slack Integration"
What do you like best about Coheso?

I'm using coheso as the legal front door for an in house team. The integration with Slack makes it very easy to use and to introduce as a new tool for teams that already work in Slack. The platform itself is very intuitive and supports personalized views, so each user can focus on the requests that are most relevant to them. Being able to track whether a request is in progress, on hold, completed, etc. also provides insights for important analytics. I also like the option to use our own knowledge base by simply uploading documents.

The built-in work flows, which you can personalize allow to distribute workloads, and to account for absences in the team, making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

The team at coheso is highly responsive, attentive, always interested in our feedback and the onboarding was very easy, once we had defined which documents and workflows we wanted, launching was done in a couple days. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Coheso?

"Efficient Legal Intake and Workflows with Great Support"
What do you like best about Coheso?

I use Coheso for legal intake and triage, as well as automation of certain requests, and it significantly increases efficiency and transparency. The business knows where their requests are, and our legal team can see all work within the department. It is easy to flip back to what you're assigned individually and collaborate with each other. Collaborating and keeping track of communications between Legal and the business requestor is also easy. Document generation of simple and repeated forms can be automated, saving time and energy. I find the metrics helpful and appreciate that the Coheso development team is extremely supportive and innovative, helping solve problems in real time. The initial setup was easy, and any issues were addressed by the Coheso team in a timely manner. I appreciate that Coheso is focused on the intake/triage, transparency, collaboration, and tracking part of the legal department process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Coheso?

Some of the individual user preferences (like notifications) could be more customizable. I would also like more robust integrations with DocuSign, as well as a streamlined way to email items to/from and item on the Board. What do you like best about Coheso?

I like that Coheso is very easy to configure, set up, and deploy. It's also very user-friendly, which makes it accessible for people to use without needing much assistance. Additionally, I appreciate its capabilities in creating forms and reviewing third-party forms. The fact that you can call the agent in Slack and it will respond is very helpful. It's also great for creating our standard NDAs and service agreements, but particularly helpful is the agent we've created to review NDAs according to our standards, which has been very beneficial. What do you dislike about Coheso?

What do you like best about Coheso?

I have used Coheso for matter intake, management, and generative AI Q&A for the business. It streamlines all intake to legal teams and allows FAQs to be answered immediately through the GenAI feature. It keeps good audit trails and provides visuals and data on the team and our work. I like the excellent user experience. It's easy to set up and modify without waiting for someone to assist. The AI element is excellent; it saves time and makes the legal team look more high-functioning and efficient. Coheso is easy to use and designed attractively, saving around 30% of our time per month with the Q&A feature. The Coheso team also implements feature requests quickly. I like that it emphasizes making ideas easier to organize and share without overcomplicating the process. That kind of balance and useful without being overwhelming is surprisingly rare. What do you like best about Coheso?

I really appreciate the team at Coheso; they are good and very responsive to what we ask them to do. I also like that there are constantly new features being rolled out, which addresses the issues we have. I feel they do a good job of trying to prioritize the features that are most needed. The analytics have been helpful, and the streamlining of workflow coming in has been beneficial. Having used other products in the same space, I find that I like Coheso best. There are still some things that need to be just a little bit more sophisticated for my needs. We don't necessarily have the contract aspect I'm looking for, like being able to fully process or store contracts through Coheso. What do you like best about Coheso?

I like Coheso's flexibility, especially the ever-changing AI function. The best feature so far is the approvals, which are very helpful for senior stakeholders. Consolidating approvals is a real advantage. Additionally, the AI helps with the initial review of engagement letters, and the initial setup of Coheso was super easy.

What do you dislike about Coheso?
