**What do you like best about Coheso?**

I'm using coheso as the legal front door for an in house team. The integration with Slack makes it very easy to use and to introduce as a new tool for teams that already work in Slack. The platform itself is very intuitive and supports personalized views, so each user can focus on the requests that are most relevant to them. Being able to track whether a request is in progress, on hold, completed, etc. also provides insights for important analytics. I also like the option to use our own knowledge base by simply uploading documents. 
The built-in work flows, which you can personalize allow to distribute workloads, and to account for absences in the team, making sure nothing falls through the cracks. 
The team at coheso is highly responsive, attentive, always interested in our feedback and the onboarding was very easy, once we had defined which documents and workflows we wanted, launching was done in a couple days.

**What do you dislike about Coheso?**

The Slack integration could be improved by letting users fill out forms directly within Slack, without needing to sign in to Coheso.

**What problems is Coheso solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A legal front door. We needed one place to bring all legal requests, along with a way to show the work the legal department does. Coheso’s analytics have helped us understand where the bulk of our work is: what the most common requests are, who is working on what, and which teams are reaching out versus which teams are not. For the legal team as power users, we have everything in one place and are builing a knowledge base that can help streamline answers and avoid double work on requests when business stakeholders ask the same question to various memebers of the team.

**What do you like best about Coheso?**

I use Coheso for legal intake and triage, as well as automation of certain requests, and it significantly increases efficiency and transparency. The business knows where their requests are, and our legal team can see all work within the department. It is easy to flip back to what you're assigned individually and collaborate with each other. Collaborating and keeping track of communications between Legal and the business requestor is also easy. Document generation of simple and repeated forms can be automated, saving time and energy. I find the metrics helpful and appreciate that the Coheso development team is extremely supportive and innovative, helping solve problems in real time. The initial setup was easy, and any issues were addressed by the Coheso team in a timely manner. I appreciate that Coheso is focused on the intake/triage, transparency, collaboration, and tracking part of the legal department process.

**What do you dislike about Coheso?**

Some of the individual user preferences (like notifications) could be more customizable. I would also like more robust integrations with DocuSign, as well as a streamlined way to email items to/from and item on the Board. The ability to create private Boards for each legal user to keep to-dos individually would be helpful.

**What problems is Coheso solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Coheso increases efficiency and transparency, enabling our legal team to see all work and collaborate easily. It automates simple requests, freeing us for complex tasks, and provides a one-stop shop for organizing work and tracking communications.

**What do you like best about Coheso?**

I like that Coheso is very easy to configure, set up, and deploy. It's also very user-friendly, which makes it accessible for people to use without needing much assistance. Additionally, I appreciate its capabilities in creating forms and reviewing third-party forms. The fact that you can call the agent in Slack and it will respond is very helpful. It's also great for creating our standard NDAs and service agreements, but particularly helpful is the agent we've created to review NDAs according to our standards, which has been very beneficial.

**What do you dislike about Coheso?**

I think that there are still some features that Coheso doesn't have that could be helpful, such as being able to attach documents directly in Slack. I think a better understanding on how to go back and forth on iterations of documents would be helpful.

**What problems is Coheso solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Coheso to manage legal tasks, allowing nonlawyers to perform various duties. It streamlines legal services for our internal clients by handling or flagging tasks needing further review.

I have used Coheso for matter intake, management, and generative AI Q&A for the business. It streamlines all intake to legal teams and allows FAQs to be answered immediately through the GenAI feature. It keeps good audit trails and provides visuals and data on the team and our work. I like the excellent user experience. It's easy to set up and modify without waiting for someone to assist. The AI element is excellent; it saves time and makes the legal team look more high-functioning and efficient. Coheso is easy to use and designed attractively, saving around 30% of our time per month with the Q&A feature. The Coheso team also implements feature requests quickly.

**What do you dislike about Coheso?**

I genuinely cannot think of anything I dislike about the platform.

What stands out most about Coheso is how it seems to focus on clarity and connection at the same time. Tools or platforms often lean hard into one, either they’re powerful but confusing, or simple but limiting but Coheso feels like it’s trying to bridge that gap.

I like that it emphasizes making ideas easier to organize and share without overcomplicating the process. That kind of balance and useful without being overwhelming is surprisingly rare. It also gives the impression that it’s built with real collaboration in mind, not just as a buzzword but as something practical.

**What do you dislike about Coheso?**

Depending on how it’s implemented, there can be a bit of a learning curve at the beginning. It’s not necessarily complicated, but there’s enough to it that it may not feel instantly intuitive for everyone.

**What problems is Coheso solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Coheso’s “legal front door” solves this by creating a single entry point for all legal requests, so everything is captured, structured, and routed correctly from the start.

Here’s how that benefits me. It gives me clear visibility into all incoming legal work, rather than dealing with scattered requests across different channels. It saves time because requests arrive with the full context upfront, which means less back-and-forth to clarify basics. It also enables faster responses, since routine questions can be answered instantly with AI. And it lets me focus on higher-value legal work instead of getting pulled into admin tasks and coordination.

Overall, it makes the legal function more efficient, organized, and responsive to the business, rather than constantly reacting to chaos.

While the core platform is highly flexible, setting up specific integrations like Slack can sometimes require extra attention to ensure the workflow aligns perfectly with our internal processes. However, the Coheso team has been an exceptional partner throughout this process, acting as a collaborative guide to help us sort through any issues we faced. They are consistently communicative and willing to iterate on our specific requirements to ensure the system is serving our needs perfectly.

**What do you like best about Coheso?**

I really appreciate the team at Coheso; they are good and very responsive to what we ask them to do. I also like that there are constantly new features being rolled out, which addresses the issues we have. I feel they do a good job of trying to prioritize the features that are most needed. The analytics have been helpful, and the streamlining of workflow coming in has been beneficial. Having used other products in the same space, I find that I like Coheso best.

**What do you dislike about Coheso?**

There are still some things that need to be just a little bit more sophisticated for my needs. We don't necessarily have the contract aspect I'm looking for, like being able to fully process or store contracts through Coheso. This means we have to piece together multiple platforms, so having Coheso be more of an all-in-one solution would be very helpful.

**What problems is Coheso solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Coheso for streamlining work, getting everything into one entry point, visualizing data sources, and using analytics to triage and prioritize work.

The most significant advantage for Taskrabbit was the seamless integration with our existing workflow and the speed of adoption.

Location-Based Work: Taskrabbit's culture runs on Slack. By keeping the tool inside Slack, the team removed the friction of switching to email or other platforms.

Speed of Success: The legal team achieved 99% adoption on day one.

Low Friction: The solution "lives where the business already worked," making it feel natural for employees to engage with legal.

**What do you dislike about Coheso?**

Nothing to dislike about Coheso, but the process resulted in AI surfaced "errors and contradictions" in Taskrabbit's existing self-help documents that the team hadn't caught. It highlights a common implementation hurdle - that the system and its knowledge base must improve "in tandem" to be fully effective.

**What problems is Coheso solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Coheso is solving the problem of fragmented, "hidden" legal requests by replacing ad hoc emails and Slack messages with a structured, AI-driven intake system.

Here is how that is benefiting the team:

- Visibility into Workload: It provides a centralised view of all requests, allowing the team to see who is working on what and identify which departments are engaging legal most frequently.

I like Coheso's flexibility, especially the ever-changing AI function. The best feature so far is the approvals, which are very helpful for senior stakeholders. Consolidating approvals is a real advantage. Additionally, the AI helps with the initial review of engagement letters, and the initial setup of Coheso was super easy.
I also like that it can become a central repository for all contracts.

I think AI review can still be improved so it can actually perform review of documents. Currently, it is set up mainly for templates. However, the team is exceptional at adapting the current capabilities.

**What problems is Coheso solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Coheso for managing contacts, from negotiation to audit. It provides an overview of engagement letters, consolidates approvals for senior stakeholders, and serves as a central document repository. AI aids in initial document reviews, enhancing workflow efficiency.
