"Fantastic Integrations, Pricing, and Support—A Web Portal That Keeps Improving"

What do you like best about Cohesity?

The number of integrations it has, from a backup standpoint to alerting etc. Setup and support is fantastic! Sometimes feels like we have a dedicated team that answers faster than most vendors we deal with. The UI of the web portal just keeps getting better and better now that we can single pane both cloud and on prem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Flexible Cohesity Policies That Align Backup Protection with Our RTOs"

What do you like best about Cohesity?

We really appreciate the flexibility Cohesity gives us. We can set up different policies based on our RTOs, which makes it much easier to align our protection strategy with our actual needs. The option to create SaaS integrations or back up specific databases also helps us tailor backups to the exact data we need to protect. Support has been knowledgeable and helpful when we needed it. What do you dislike about Cohesity?

This could be seen as a benefit, but I also view it as a drawback. Because it’s cloud-hosted, it can introduce greater risk and concern around data storage. In that kind of setup, more of the responsibility shifts to the CSP to manage the security of the data. I’ve also had difficulty navigating the UI when trying to find certain settings. The overall UI is simple, which is great, but the more detailed settings auditors ask for can be challenging to locate if you’re not using the application every day.
