**What do you like best about Cognito Watchlist?**

Cognito watchlist is an AI/ ML based platform for the screening of the targetd groups/ person. The best thing out of this platform is that the case history stored that can be accessed. Cognito Screening uses best-in-class security practices, including envelope encryption backed by AES-256. We also engage in regular organizational (SOC 2) compliance audits and extensive penetration tests to ensure your customer's data is secure.

**What do you dislike about Cognito Watchlist?**

Only thing is that the platform should bit robust and bit smooth

It is benefitting me as a user to screen few people and they provide good support
