Over the years I've come to despise the Envato model which expires credits, doesn't let you use credits toward Envato subscriptions, refuses to take any proactive steps with abandoned products (e.g. a product was abandoned two weeks after a purchase and Envato support presented a series of hoops and challenges to make it nearly impossible to get a refund).
