What do you like best about codebeamer?

Codebeamer X provides excellent features for Requirements deployment and Risk Management. Keeping traceability and consistency between all issues allow efficient management for huge risk analysis tables and product specifications instead of trying to manage everything with "unusable" excel files. What do you dislike about codebeamer?

Now I've been using the software intensively for a couple of months, I see the training / onboarding process is a bit limited: there are a lot of features that enhance usability of the software that wasn't explained during training stage. We have been using the product for well over a decade and have integrated the applicaitons ALM Develpoment features with great success.
