Flexibility and ease of use were a big selling point. Incredibly configurable platform that gives ultimate control. Workflows, metadata fields, templates, approvals...everything can be tailored to match how our organization actually works. It would be nice if attachments to Agreements were more easily interchangeable within the document itself or across the system as a whole.
