The software is very easy to use and straightforward to understand, which is especially helpful for a small rental business like mine. The Coastr team has also been very supportive throughout the process. The onboarding felt tailored to my needs and moved at exactly the pace I wanted—fast when I was ready, and slower when I needed more time. They genuinely listen to us, take our feedback seriously, and use it to improve the system, with regular product updates along the way. I also find the monthly product demos really useful for keeping up with what’s new and learning how to make the most of the latest updates.
