It's so quick and easy to develop and release instructional content, that it makes me smile when I use it. There is a great range of modules to help design your content, with embedded access tools, like image search which means you can get a course in production quickly and smoothly. It's regularly updated with new and improved features backed by an active responsive team offering lots of support via webinars and chat. We manage our development time in hours now and not days. The assignment process is about 90% there, with just some minor tweeks that would make it flow perfectly, like the choice of whether to use an upload or in-text submission or both. Extracting data could be easier too. The inbuilt reporting meets some of our needs but 'Custom' organisation-wide reports are a must and getting the data to develop these reports could be simpler. What I like best about Coassemble is that it has so many options for an online education program-- not only for the learner but for the administrative side, as well! I have managed the online training program at our company for years, and we went through several online education platforms before Coassemble that only met half or less of what we needed for our program. Coassemble went (and has continued to go) above and beyond our needs. And user-friendly? It leaves all other online education programs in the dust. We have had fewer troubleshooting issues with our clients than ever before when we were using other platforms. And when we do have the occasional issue, the team at Coassemble is extremely responsive and quick to help and get things resolved. There are never "canned" responses that keep the problem from being resolved quickly. I never have to wait very long for a reply to an email I've sent. The team is friendly, helpful, and genial, and there is no artificial politeness that makes you feel as though you are dealing with a robot who may not totally understand your question. I think the only thing I would change is administrators being able to create a temporary login for clients whenever needed. But the team is so quick to do this for you that it's not a huge issue. What do you dislike about Coassemble? Even though your product is great, I think it is missing one or two things in my opinion. I would love to see more personalization and general layout possibilities. Let me give you two examples: - Say we are on a course page, my students find it difficult and unclear how to come back to the home screen. The only way to do it is to click on the institution logo which is not evident . - On the same page, the "Next Module" button is placed in the top right, Me and my student find it to be a counter-intuitive placement, most people are expecting it on the bottom right. Of course, these are only minor critics since I didn't find any major ones. What's nice about Coassemble, is that it's helped me deliver training programs to clients who need them, in a format that is incredibly useful (no need to travel or prepare paper handouts!)
